The hotel was perfectly adequate for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean, if a bit dated, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were polite but not overly attentive. Breakfast was basic, and the Wi-Fi was spotty. It's a decent option if you're looking for a no-frills place to sleep, but don't expect any special amenities or a memorable experience.

The Hotel bed not really clean, toilet hanger cannot use, even dryer also cannot use

Booking for a friend, who also finds this place very suitable for family. Lift is abit small. Otherwise meeting all needs well.

Price a bit higher for this hotel. Hotel comes with good breakfast. Room just ok. Free parking provided.

Fast check in process. Good staff. Cleaniness could be better. The bedsheet already turn to yellowish color, time to change your bedsheet. Pool was good. Basic breakfast, but tasty. Minus point is the elevator. Fast closing elevator even they put signage there, the hazard still there. Top management pls take action.

I like the hospitality from the hotel staff. From the receptionist, room service, housekeeping, chef, everyone did a great job! We ordered Chinese Fried Rice and fish & chips through room service and it was good! Breakfast got variety choices too.

Never expected a good hotel in a small town, indeed the location is superb, the room facilities are excellent maybe the TV need to be replaced, well you dont Watch much TV when you are travelling. Comfortable bed with hot shower are priorities. Breakfast also solid. I booked 2 rooms for my families. Oh ya covered car park is also provided in case street parking isnt suffiecient. Will stay again.

Dengan harga more than RM200, I expect better. - slow check in - perlu deposit rm100 just for 1 night stay. - bilik air/ shower bath floor takla bersih. - shower bath tombol tercabut masa buka air, poor maintenance. - iron dalam bilik on off bila guna, macam rosak sikit. - provide cawan kaca dalam bilik, quite small and not appropriate. Yang bagus cofee during breakfast, cappucino.

The place exceeded my expectations and was a great stay overall. However, if you're a light sleeper, it might be a bit challenging as you can hear kids running outside early in the morning, and at night, noise from the next room, especially if there are loud guests or children, can be disturbing. Despite that, the experience was fantastic. As for breakfast, I had it for two days— the first day wasn’t great, but the second day was fantastic, so the food quality seems to depend on luck.

Stay was good. However, the hotel need to repair the interior in bathroom., door entrance and windows. Will repeat our stay should the hotel decides to upgrade the interiors.

Overall the hotel is nice to stay. However, its quite old, built in 1993, last refurbishment 12 years ago. The kitchen, swimming pool need renovation in terms of painting ect. Small lifts for access to all rooms. Stayed in a family room. Big room of 500ft2, except for the cold shower water and lever for both the shower and sink not working that well, it was a pleasant stay for my family members. The girls at the counter were very helpful and breakfast was great.
