There are quite a few things in the hotel that seem to have issues. It might be good to have them checked or repaired. For example, several facilities at the kids’ pool and the children’s playground appear to be missing or not in working condition. It might be good to look into repairing or replacing them.

Stayed at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel recently. Overall environment was decent, but I was disappointed with two issues. Firstly, during breakfast, some of the cups provided were stained and did not appear properly cleaned, which affected the dining experience. Secondly, I booked and paid for a room with a double bed and sofa bed, but the room provided only had a double bed without the sofa bed as stated in the booking. Hope the hotel can improve on quality control and ensure room allocations match confirmed bookings.

Dec 2025 rooms was much better then this time on feb 2026, overall is still ok, only point got to say is, when pillow even having a new sheet of pillow case but still smell, then e pillow opt to dispose, hotel should always have this cleaniess concept..

I love everything about this hotel. Room is spacious and clean. In room dining & breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly. Shuttle to IOI City Mall is on time.

The highight of the hotel is the kids's pool. Totally worth it. The room that I was booked was very spacious & the breakfast also good.

Great get away before heading to busy KL. Kids had fun will pool and activities. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. The park nearby was great with electric bike and scooter hire. Really happy

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit
