Das Hotel ist super gelegen, zentral in Myoengdong. An der Rezeption wird gutes Englisch gesprochen Sodas Check in und Checkout reibungslos abgelaufen ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das wirklich gut ausgestattete Gym.

Das Hotel liegt ideal im Herzen von Myeongdong, was es sehr praktisch macht. Allerdings war das Check-in-Personal, Lee Ki Ho, unhöflich und zeigte eine schlechte Einstellung, und die weiblichen Angestellten waren ineffizient. Ich musste auch meine Zimmerkarte neu aktivieren, da sie mitten in meinem Aufenthalt nicht mehr funktionierte. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass das Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet war.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in Myeongdong, zwei Geschäfte weiter das riesige Olive Young. Der Service ist gut. Die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden; es werden keine Wattepads oder Wattestäbchen bereitgestellt und der Haartrockner ist veraltet (keine Heißluft), es hat lange gedauert, bis die Haare vollständig getrocknet waren. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es nur bei uns so ist oder ob es in allen Zimmern so ist. Ich empfehle, Ihren eigenen Haartrockner mitzubringen.

WARUM STEHEN SIE IN UNSER ZIMMER?! Es ist unsere Hochzeitsreise. Das Personal klopfte an die Tür, öffnete sie abrupt und versuchte, den Riegel aufzubrechen, obwohl ich das Türschloss verriegelte. Es war am ersten Tag um 15 Uhr, als wir um einen Kaffeetisch baten. Was ist das für ein Unsinn?! Am nächsten Morgen klopfte das Personal immer noch an die Tür und rief uns nach draußen, obwohl wir seit dem ersten Tag „Bitte nicht stören“ an der Tür angebracht hatten. Diesmal um 9.30 Uhr reichten uns zwei Paar Einweg-Essstäbchen. Wenn ich die Tür nicht geöffnet habe, wird er dann die Tür gewaltsam öffnen und erneut versuchen, den Riegel aufzubrechen?! Wir schlafen immer noch. Bitten Sie nie um etwas anderes als um ein Flitterwochen-Arrangement, was nicht geschehen ist. Es sollte ein Kingsize-Bett sein, 2 m breit (es gibt eine Option für ein Queensize-Bett, ich habe ein Kingsize-Bett gebucht), aber die Beine meines Mannes baumeln immer noch draußen, obwohl sie 1,8 m breit sind. Schlimmer noch, ihre Mitarbeiter verstehen kein Englisch.

Das Äußere des Hotels sieht sehr prächtig aus. Sobald man das Hotel betritt, mag ich das Ambiente und den Geruch! Das Hotelzimmer ist recht klein, aber das Bett und das Kissen gefallen mir wirklich gut. Die Kissen sind nicht besonders weich, sie sind hart und stützen Kopf und Nacken hervorragend. Die Toilette hat auch ein Bidet!

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Myeongdong district. Shop until you drop and eat to your heart’s desire with the many restaurants, food vendors, and shops nearby. The hotel was worth the price. Breakfast is Buffett style. The room was kind of small but enough for two people (Premier double). Showers had hot water and wall plug for American outlet (inside hidden compartment of table). Bed was comfortable too. 10/10. Would recommend a friend to stay here.

The location of this hotel is perfect! The room was very clean and we enjoyed having a bath! I would say the room was a little small but we managed. The selection of tea bags was a little poor, it could do with adding a variety of tea, sugar … The gym was small but good and clean. There is a useful room that has a microwave, washing machines and a water and ice machine on floor 4.

Fantastic location in Myeondong. Staff is very friendly. I arrived early and was working in the lobby. A female senior front desk allowed me to check in early. Was very appreciative for her help.

Location is super great! Right in the heart of myeongdong. Have starbucks in front of the hotel and street food just a few mins walk

Absolutely amazing hotel with amazing staff in a prime location! I highly recommend this place. I was happy to call this place home for 5 days. It wasn't directly in the hectic areas of Myeongdong so getting dropped off or picked up by taxi wasn't as stressful. But a few meters down to the side of the hotel is where everything was chaos! So this hotel is literally in a really good spot. Walking distance to pharmacies, olive and young, night food market and so much more.

Immaculate hotel, great from the start to end. Price is easily justifiable and will be back to stay at here again.

We had amazing stayed at the hotel is really close to everywhere. Amazing staff and very clean and nice rooms. They also did what we asked for them if it was close to each other and everything thank you and will definitely recommend recommended.

Convenient, in the heart of Myeongdong. Night market is a walk down from hotel. Airport limousine also nearby.
