Guesthouse was very close to Seoul Station, but do note that you might need to carry your luggage if you are staying on the 2nd floor.

位置極佳，去那裏都方便，而且也不算難找，酒店房間不是日日清潔，主要是自己保持清潔，門外有垃圾分類桶，可自行分類垃圾。

住起來挺不錯的，唯獨冷氣不知道為啥開著大概3、4小時之後就會自己關掉，要拔掉插頭等一陣子才恢復正常，可能剛好住的那間怪怪的但其他整體很ok

老闆熱情，房間乾淨，裏面設施齊全，最主要是離首爾站太近了，走幾十米就到，去機場特別方便

If your plumbing doesn't work, you need to tell your customers beforehand. Responding to the scathing reply they sent after we told them we couldn't stay because of that issue: I don't care if you're a guesthouse, a hotel, or a cabin in the woods - At least telling customers they don't work before I have to physically see "DO NOT PUT ANY TOILET PAPER INSIDE THE TOILET IT CAN CAUSE THE TOILET TO CLOG" is basic courtesy. (If I can't flush toilet paper, nothing else that goes in the toilet is going to flush either.) Huge, horrible, urine-smelling bags of used toilet paper at the entrance. Aside from the very large centipede we found in the room and the narrow, steep staircase we had to get our suitcases up, the room was clean, but no working toilets means no business.

Excellent location. Erik was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and it's in a quiet location. Yet, very close to the Seoul Metro main station.

It was a great stay at this rest house! Eric was a great help with what we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Book 9 nights for family stay. Found hotel in rundown neighborhood. Conditions of room not acceptable(see photos) so tried to check out early. Was told by check in staff that I would have to speak to owner for refund of remaining stay, and owner only spoke Korean. Contacted ********** for assistance and received poor customer service. ********** tried calling owner on my behalf, number was not working. Owner called me directly, spoke English fine, and said he would not refund because “he did nothing wrong.” It took several phone calls over hours with long distance charges to get partial refund from **********. Booked another hotel last minute at inflated prices to salvage rest of vacation. ********* should do better job overseeing accommodations and taking care of its customers overseas.

Nice and close to train station. Comfortable on the second floor, but the first floor smelled very stale but that could have just been the hallway.

Wifi and tv down. Despite communicated with them that I will be check in late. They have ample of time to check the room, they didn’t bother to check and make sure everything is working. Having a hard time to figure out the exact location until I approached them for help. Is not right next to Seoul station. You need to cross over the road and walk deep in. The road to the guesthouse at night is quite dark. If you assign to level 2 (their highest level) then you need to carry your bulky, heavy luggage up the stairs in your own. I only stay for 1 night less than 8hrs and read about putting the used towel outside the basket, separate all the rubbish and throw at level 1. A good holiday should be able to relax instead of stress. If you have young kids, old aged, big luggage etc, think twice

Good stay for the price.

Location was very convenient to get to from Seoul Station. Room was nice and cozy and floors were heated. Only downsides were that floor was not level throughout hotel so we had to carry luggage up a few steps. Sound insulation was sufficient but still could hear neighbors door lock sounds. Otherwise great place!
