Die Lage ist praktisch, der Service ist in Ordnung, das Personal an der Rezeption lächelte nicht, sie liehen sich ein Gerät für Essen und Gepäck aus und bestanden darauf, mich zu fragen, ob ich es nicht ohne Überprüfung der Unterlagen zurückgegeben hätte? Nachdem ich eine Runde beendet hatte, stellte ich fest, dass ein anderer Kollege es weggelegt hatte, aber zu beschäftigt war, um die Informationen zu aktualisieren. Das Design des Badezimmers ist seltsam, man muss in die Badewanne gehen, um den Stopfen zu drücken, wenn man die Badewanne benutzt! Fremdheit

Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel und es ist sehr kostengünstig. Vor drei Jahren waren nicht viele Gäste im Hotel, dieses Jahr sind es viele Leute. Der Aufzug ist offensichtlich sehr beschäftigt und manchmal überfüllt, aber alles andere ist gut.

Nice and clean hotel. Located close to Train station and tour group set off point. Only down side it’s when you make booking through trip.com you cannot accumulate Marriott Bonvoy app. That’s disappointing for me to find out and it’s not clear while booking

Hotel was amazing! location was good, and the service standards are exceptionally high. Breakfast was also amazing as well. will definitely come back again if i were to go back to Seoul :)

Located conveniently in Hongdae, good location with lively buzz around. If you prefer some late nights out, there are various restaurants or pubs open till late hours compared to Myeongdong IMO. May not be as central as Myeongdong in terms of travelling to various places. Room size is not spacious but still comfortable enough for 2 since we are out mostly. Room is pretty clean though there are some visible dust on the bed frame but it didn’t trigger my nose allergy. No issues with the room temperature.

Good experience at RYSE Seoul overall. Originally was a little frustrated given the price of the hotel room was quite high during the period I visited Seoul. Didn’t have much choices with decent hotel that are still available. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. RYSE is convenient and close to a lot of great restaurants and streets for sightseeing, just in walking distance. Love the coziness of the hotel. Close to the subway too.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent, just next to the shopping streets. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location with friendly English speaking staff. Hongdae shopping street is just behind the hotel.

This is our second stay at Ryse. The location is superb and it’s comfortable for a family of 4 in the editor double room. The only down side is there isn’t any self service laundry and dryer in the hotel.

It was my partner and my second year at Ryse Autograph for a long stay (10 Nights) and they did not disappoint, yet again. We booked the Editor King Room again, even though it was double the price we paid last year (2022).
The front desk staff was extremely helpful and able to communicate in English with clear understanding of our requests. They were so polite and their services was impeccable!
The room was clean and the housekeeping did a great job in maintaining the room in tip top condition.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel with impressive service, especially at a prime location that is accessible to key trendy areas/locations!
