Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Lage und Klimaanlage sind gut, das Zimmer ist sauber. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man etwa 5 Minuten warten muss, bis die Dusche heiß wird.

Die Zimmer sind gut, es gibt keine Probleme, nur die Hotelpantoffeln sind rutschig, Vorsicht, wenn viele Leute beim Schwimmbadbesuch ausrutschen

Firstly this hotel was very cheap and so I did not expect a lot. It seems like an hotel that is either due to close or getting ready for major renovation. So everything needs a deep clean and a facelift. Having said that, because it is cheap it is actually very good value for money. The staff was very helpful, the room was grubby but nice enough and the bed very comfortable. I was really impressed by the food, we ate dinner in the hotel and had breakfast, both were great. If you can turn a blind eye to the ‘tiredness’ I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel (28 Dec 2023-1 Jan 2024).
1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom.
2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am.
Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.

The hotel was dreadful dirty, rustic in poor condition and not worth the money we paid. Even had the most disgusting towels that were dirty and stained badly. We asked for a better bathmat and just received much the same filthy old bathmat well worn that you would simply throw out. The food was poor and breakfast caters only to local people so Westerners staying there I definitely wouldn’t. My wife is Indonesian and said this place was appalling. Simply to anyone out there DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. You will be disappointed just like us. It’s dirty, worn badly room not nice and dirty worn too, any amenity is dreadful along with a lizard under bed didn’t help either. To the management owners of the hotel as you read this. Get your act together clean up the place or get out of business as you offering and doing a terrible job! Ultimately this hotel should be removed off CTrip as it is not up to any standard even if one star!

Old hotel with spacious rooms. Ac is cold n rooms r clean but walls in rooms r dirty n its time to furnish the furniture inside the rooms. Beside the hotel there is MC Donald n also KFC n opposiye of it is Pizza Hut. Staff r helpful. Breakfast lot of variety n taste ok. Hotel close by to Simpang lima abt 35 minutes by walking.
