Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites

馬斯喀特的酒店，整體挺新的，住了2晚，距離機場將近30公里，中等價格。 房間面積也不大不小，就是加早餐確實很貴。

非常美麗的酒店。如果有機會還會再去住。乾淨衞生，設施新，服務號，早飯好吃。

POOR HOSPITALITY , the employees are not helpful and they are not professional to solve any issues even it’s silly one i told them try to help me show me any thing other than the world (can not ) but nothing. Start from the reception till any one i had been deal with while I’m there . This is all about i asked them to have early checked in after i saw the options from their own website can even check in from 12:00 AM THE DATE OF YOUR STAY . I reached them at 08:45 AM MORNING with my family including 2 newborn babies .tried to have my right as I booked but told me can not till 03:00 pm !! IMAGINE I REACHED THEM THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT .. !! I told them even chargeable i want it .. i asked them to meet duty manager but not available and i asked for general manager but not available as they said At the last day i asked them to have late check out but as usual answer ( can not ) After i checked out i asked for sales manager but she was in meeting so i give her my issues points in whatssap but she ignored me with not explaining or apologize at least ..

 We arrived at 11 30 pm. Vibrant reception with many seating options. Smooth easy and fast check in. Room is spacious with a big  bed and comfortable mattress and pillow. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is tasty with a lot of variety. There is a seat in the shower  for anyone that needs to sit. Under the nightstand there a sensors that open a minimum light  once your feet touches the floor. Also in the bathroom .Nice safety precaution. I quess it keeps you in the sleepy mode since you dont have to open the lights to see your way. The rooms are totally sound proof isolating you from all sounds. You get a good night's sleep. There is a mall right next to the hotel. There are bikes for hiring. -ve The road leading to the hotel is not lit. There was a mild smell of sewage in the bathroom the last day Overall wonderful stay. Great for families. Recommended.

The team at Mani Muscat were pretty good. The housekeeping staff were awesome, and the lovely lady from the Day Spa gives a wonderful massage. I asked for quite a late checkout and it was no problem. The only thing that I did get a bit annoyed about was the mini bar which did not keep anything cold at all and the maintenance chap I called argued that was how it was supposed to be because 'it's a mini bar, not a refrigerator'. He said he would swap it over for a refrigerator, but never did. Some things to consider; the hot water takes a very long time to get hot in the bathroom and I could not change the room temperature on the thermostat from 21 degrees no matter what I did. The bed was great, the pillows very nice. The hotel is not too far from the international airport but is quite a distance from the city centre and main tourist attractions, having the shopping mall next door was a bonus.

Stayed 2 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations of a four-star facility. The main issues are: - front desk staff I hope management invests in hospitality training, or provides their front desk staff with more support. Currently, they seem overwhelmed. We were barely greeted, no 'please' or 'thank you' during check in, and some of our questions were just responded to with a very curt 'no'. There was no explanation about the facilities in the hotel, like how to operate the elevator, the pool opening times, how to access Netflix etc. We approached the front desk a couple of times with additional questions, but they just didn't seem happy to deal with queries. I wondered whether it was a language issue, but staff in other hotels we stayed at in Oman were lovely and welcoming, despite sometimes limited English. The concierge and valets were great though, and Lola at the spa was lovely. It was actually her who explained the facilities at the hotel to us. - room The kitchen is understocked. Could have done with basic supplies like teaspoons, enough coffee pods, kitchen towels, and some basic cleaning supplies. Housekeeping did a good job though. - the sofa was stained and had holes in it. The bathroom towels are frayed. - restaurant The staff do their best and want to help, but someone needs to provide basic training. We had to get our own cutlery and some of the cups were dirty (lipstick stains). We were interested in the food that is available, but there wasn't anybody available to answer our questions. One more thing: if an eldery guest finds it tricky to use the coffee machine, please be patient when explaining to them how it operates, or offer to help.
