Geschäfte im Hotel und um das Hotel. Es ist ein toller Ort zu besuchen. Alles ist ein Steinwurf. Der Flughafen ist sehr nah, die Strände sind alle sehr nah, Einkaufszentren sind nicht weit, und Sie können sogar die Straße zu einigen Essen gehen, wenn Sie nicht im Hotel essen wollen. Ich wüsste nicht warum, weil sie ein tolles Menü haben. Das Konferenzzimmer, das wir benutzten, war gut eingerichtet mit einer großen Aussicht, die ich genossen hatte, während ich wartete auf die anderen Geschäftspartner ankommen. Der Preis ist sehr niedrig, da das Hotel neu ist, gut eingerichtet, UND nahe zu allem rund um!

When faced with a 14 hour layover in Muscat from Turkey to Melbourne, Australia via Kuala Lumpur you start looking at airport lounges and other alternatives. I had checked into options before we left Melbourne and found this hotel. When the business lounge options didn't work out as planned this was our choice and it worked well. The Aerotel Muscat Hotel is inside the airport and caters for people who are not leaving the airport and who only have carry on luggage. We approached the reception and found that booking online was cheaper but their advice onto what options they had were invaluable. We chose to rent a room for 12 hours and take half board. We chose breakfast (6-10) and dinner (from 7pm to 11 pm). By 9am in Ramadan the hot buffet had nothing out but they made us an omelet and scrambled eggs on request with sausage pieces, baked beans and hash browns and there was so much we couldn't finish it. Sliced bread and toaster was available and self-serve juice, tea and coffee with slices of carrot and banana cake for desert. Dinner was from options of a set menu again cooked individually. It was a lot cheaper and a lot tastier than other airport offerings. Our room was a garden view room though I gather others may look over airplanes flying in and out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well during the day. There were only two pillows supplied but I could have asked the front 24 hr reception for more. There was a cupboard with hanging space and you don't need much more luggage storage. We also had a desk with comfortable chair if you needed to work and a couch as well as coffee and tea making and two free bottles of water but no mini-fridge. The large wall mounted TV looked good but, despite three attempts by technical staff, we couldn’t get it to work properly. It wasn't a priority for me who just wanted to sleep but for my husband it was more important. It had nice lamps and ceiling lights and good power and charging points. The central cooling (heating) worked well. I liked the design of the bathroom which was a very modern circular design with the toilet on one side and the shower on the other with the sink basin in between. It had hot water, good water pressure, shampoo and shower gel supplied as well as shower cap and dental kit. There was more in cupboard with the safe including a comb and body lotion which I took a while to notice. There were only one set of towels so we requested extra which we got quite quickly. There were no full length mirrors.

We chose this hotel since it was associated with Radisson but it did not meet the expectations. It is very isolated property with no nice view outside. Also the food options are very limited. The options at the breakfast are limited and very few people service the guest and you have to wait for someone to come and clean the table for you. Overall it was an ok experience.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, ein Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostet $20-25. Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber die Sanitäranlagen und alles andere ist in gutem Zustand. Ich bemerke eine sehr bequeme Matratze und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Beim Einchecken gaben sie ein Zimmer, in dem alles für einen Gast vorbereitet war, ein Bademantel, eine Flasche Wasser, ein Pantoffel, ein Satz Handtücher ... Ich ging zur Rezeption, die Situation wurde nach 15 Minuten behoben, sie alles mitgebracht, was man braucht. Frühstück - Ich kann nicht sagen, dass es ausgezeichnet ist, 3 von 5. Sie werden nicht hungrig gehen, aber die Auswahl ist nicht die größte. Sie können an der Rezeption ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellen oder die Anwendung nutzen (es wird billiger). Das Territorium des Hotels ist nicht groß, es gibt nichts Besonderes in der Nähe. Gute Option für die Durchreise.

Ich habe drei oder vier Nächte geblieben. Das Hotel ist ein wenig entfernt und im Mai die Außentemperatur zu hoch, aber ich schlief gut, ich mochte die belgischen und thailändischen Restaurants und genossen den Fitnessraum. Wie jemals, die Menschen zählt mehr als Orte. Ich war froh über Jennifers freundliche Grüße am Frühstück, Jay war schnell, meine Forderung nach Schokolade zu lösen und vor allem muss ich Khaled loben, der ruhig mit dem, was für mich eine Druckkrise war, hilfreich war.

Le personnel est super, à l’écoute, pleins de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour qui font plaisir. Le chef est d’une gentillesse incroyable, ses plats sont très bon. Un grand merci a Nancy, au chef Hemraj et à la manager du restaurant. Nous avons passer un super séjour .

Traveling as a tourist in Oman can be expensive which is why finding great hotels that are affordable yet offer a clean, modern and affordable place to guests can be a great find. This hotel is very close to the hotel and I really liked how well kept it is. The room is spacious and modernly furnished and connecting rooms are also available for families or large groups traveling to the Sultanate. Sometimes it can get really expensive to stay in the city for a long term but if you are staying at this hotel then you’re guaranteed to get a decent room for a very good price. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was served as well which I received very quickly and everything was fresh, tasty and filling! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and offer tips for travelers as well. Their Nizwa Coffee Lounge is a great place to sit and relax also and their Salalah Dining Room where the breakfast buffet is located is also quite good! Overall, I’d definitely recommend this boutique hotel for travelers looking to save some money without compromising on their quality of stay

Brand neues Hotel und sauber. Ich liebe meinen Aufenthalt hier und werde hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich jemals wieder in Muscat bin. Es gibt nicht viel in der Gegend, aber es ist auf und kommt und kurze Kommuttern zum Strand und Moschee. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war ziemlich gut. High Recommend!

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. Rein, komfortabel, neu, frisch. Arbeitspool. Gutes Fitnesszimmer. Zimmer sind komfortabel. Sehr einfache Frühstück, es ist ziemlich gering. Um zum Hotel und von ihm komfortable zu kommen, müssen Sie ein Auto oder ein Taxi haben. Nichts in der Fußgängerzugänglichkeit. Keine Slips und Mantel werden gelegt. Kleine Defekte bei der Reinigung.
