Das Hotel befindet sich im neuen Stadtteil the wave am Ende einer kleiner Fußgängerzone an einer Plaza, die an eienn Marina Hafen anschliesst. Wir waren begeistert von dieser Lage, denn in der Fußgängerzone befinden sich viele Open Air Restaurants, in der die locals gerne einkehren. Das pralle Leben also! Die zimmer selbst sind ruhig und geräumig mit Abdunkelmoeglichkeit, aber auch zu oeffnenen Fenstern. Die Rooftop Bar hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Marina und mit arabischer Live Musik am Freitag. Einziger Wermutstropfen, das Hotel hat keine Lizenz zum Alkoholausschank. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Flughafen und in einem neuen, zeitgemäßen Quartal. Der Dienstleister ist chinesisch schön und kommunizierend. Der Hotelservice und das Zimmer insgesamt sind gut, es gibt nicht viele Strandbewohner. Der nahegelegene Hafen kann aus dem Meeresfloß und sogar den Seeschiffen sehen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind im Hotel gegessen. Es gibt üblicherweise seltene Mahlzeiten im Nahen Osten, die Sie versuchen können.

Große Lage!!! Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer mögen wir es awesome Außenpool Südindisch Restaurant sehr schöne Lebensmittel & Geschmack. Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt .i empfehlen diese Resorts aus meinen Freunden. Wir haben hier am letzten Abend in Omar geblieben und es war großartig das Personal sehr hilfreich zum Seeb Market und Strand sehr nahe dem Hotel . sie arrangieren das Auto komplimentry.Die allgemeine Atmosphäre ziemlich und komfortabel.

When faced with a 14 hour layover in Muscat from Turkey to Melbourne, Australia via Kuala Lumpur you start looking at airport lounges and other alternatives. I had checked into options before we left Melbourne and found this hotel. When the business lounge options didn't work out as planned this was our choice and it worked well. The Aerotel Muscat Hotel is inside the airport and caters for people who are not leaving the airport and who only have carry on luggage. We approached the reception and found that booking online was cheaper but their advice onto what options they had were invaluable. We chose to rent a room for 12 hours and take half board. We chose breakfast (6-10) and dinner (from 7pm to 11 pm). By 9am in Ramadan the hot buffet had nothing out but they made us an omelet and scrambled eggs on request with sausage pieces, baked beans and hash browns and there was so much we couldn't finish it. Sliced bread and toaster was available and self-serve juice, tea and coffee with slices of carrot and banana cake for desert. Dinner was from options of a set menu again cooked individually. It was a lot cheaper and a lot tastier than other airport offerings. Our room was a garden view room though I gather others may look over airplanes flying in and out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well during the day. There were only two pillows supplied but I could have asked the front 24 hr reception for more. There was a cupboard with hanging space and you don't need much more luggage storage. We also had a desk with comfortable chair if you needed to work and a couch as well as coffee and tea making and two free bottles of water but no mini-fridge. The large wall mounted TV looked good but, despite three attempts by technical staff, we couldn’t get it to work properly. It wasn't a priority for me who just wanted to sleep but for my husband it was more important. It had nice lamps and ceiling lights and good power and charging points. The central cooling (heating) worked well. I liked the design of the bathroom which was a very modern circular design with the toilet on one side and the shower on the other with the sink basin in between. It had hot water, good water pressure, shampoo and shower gel supplied as well as shower cap and dental kit. There was more in cupboard with the safe including a comb and body lotion which I took a while to notice. There were only one set of towels so we requested extra which we got quite quickly. There were no full length mirrors.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, ein Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostet $20-25. Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber die Sanitäranlagen und alles andere ist in gutem Zustand. Ich bemerke eine sehr bequeme Matratze und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Beim Einchecken gaben sie ein Zimmer, in dem alles für einen Gast vorbereitet war, ein Bademantel, eine Flasche Wasser, ein Pantoffel, ein Satz Handtücher ... Ich ging zur Rezeption, die Situation wurde nach 15 Minuten behoben, sie alles mitgebracht, was man braucht. Frühstück - Ich kann nicht sagen, dass es ausgezeichnet ist, 3 von 5. Sie werden nicht hungrig gehen, aber die Auswahl ist nicht die größte. Sie können an der Rezeption ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellen oder die Anwendung nutzen (es wird billiger). Das Territorium des Hotels ist nicht groß, es gibt nichts Besonderes in der Nähe. Gute Option für die Durchreise.

Ich habe drei oder vier Nächte geblieben. Das Hotel ist ein wenig entfernt und im Mai die Außentemperatur zu hoch, aber ich schlief gut, ich mochte die belgischen und thailändischen Restaurants und genossen den Fitnessraum. Wie jemals, die Menschen zählt mehr als Orte. Ich war froh über Jennifers freundliche Grüße am Frühstück, Jay war schnell, meine Forderung nach Schokolade zu lösen und vor allem muss ich Khaled loben, der ruhig mit dem, was für mich eine Druckkrise war, hilfreich war.

Le personnel est super, à l’écoute, pleins de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour qui font plaisir. Le chef est d’une gentillesse incroyable, ses plats sont très bon. Un grand merci a Nancy, au chef Hemraj et à la manager du restaurant. Nous avons passer un super séjour .

Wir hatten hier nur eine Übernachtung nach unserer Ankunft in Muscat gehabt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es kam schon sogar morgens eine Nachricht, ob alles in Orndnung ist und ob wir eine Abholung vom Flughafen brauchen. Schlafqaualität war super. Zimmer sauber, groß. Frühstück war sehr gut (Buffet). Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziges, was komisch war, dass insgesamt nur ein Badetuch für uns für 2 Personen zum Duschen und für die Hände da war, aber wir waren zu müde es zu reklamieren in der Nacht als wir ankamen. Scheint aber im Oman typisch zu sein, war danach in mehreren Hotels so.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat.
