Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad Gachibowli

Hotel prices in Hyderabad during the high season are shockingly expensive. I chose this place for its proximity to work, but at this price, the small lobby, a limited selection of soft drinks in the shop, and the busy road making it impossible to cross to the Starbucks across the street were disappointing. Still, it’s an option when other hotels are unaffordable during the high season.

Better hotel, comfort and clean, location is nice. Just little small room

Let's start with the room, the room is good and has all the amenities you need for your stay, room gets cleaned everyday including changing bedsheets and also it is done as per your instructions and availability. The housekeeper for me was Dhananjay who is good at his work, the engineer Satyajid also good at work. The Managers at reception area are professional and gets the work done if you have any issue with anything it might be regarding billing or facilities. Now comes to the restaurant "Johnathan's kitchen" a part of the hotel itself, you are welcomed by a sweet and beautiful smiles by all the staff, I was attended by "Deepika, Ankit and Akhil" they all are really nice and friendly and will suggest you some good choices and make sure the food is made as per your preferences, sometimes if you are lucky you might be offered with complementary drinks too, the last but not the least hostess here "Shelly" will guide you to your seats and if you are a fan of K-drama she is the best at suggesting them. Overall my stay was this AMAZING because of them. I am really grateful that I got to meet them here. If I had the choice to stay here again I would definitely take it without any 2nd thought. Great stay, I never came across such a great bunch of helpful staff who would go out of way to make your stay worthwhile. Mr. Nehru (room division manager) made arrangements which I absolutely loved. Special mention to F&B team where I encountered Ankit Negi &Akhil who was such a wonderful person and host who understands your tastes and preferences and tries his best to make offerings which would delight you. Looking forward for my next stay soon.

I stayed in #1028.The moment i checked in, Bathroom was in pathetic condition, shower cubical and door silicon has turned yellow which is mold, Entire chrome fixtures had hard water marks also sink tap is rusty and uncleaned, Bathroom mirror is tarnished,Toilet seat had urine marks from previous guest.Bathroom had only 1 hand towel on arrival, Both dustbin liner and inside were uncleaned.Window ledge was full of dust .There is a channel for sheer curtain but sheer curtain is missing.Above mentioned feedback needs immediate attention and correction. I had also requested during the booking in special request that i am celebrating my 1st anniversary and i was expecting a surprise setup in the night when i came back to the hotel however nothing was done and not even turndown was given to the room upon asking at the reception at around 1am (08/06/24) it was told that we do not give turndown service to the same day arrival room and when asked about my special request for 1st marriage anniversary , it was told that i will check and come back to you but did not get any call which was very unprofessional.Being a Marriott brand This is really unacceptable and unprofessional.kindly look into it and find ways to improve as it really needs better understanding about the job. I am currently staying in Fairfield and it is a wonderful hotel for stay. The best part is the service and food. I am getting an excellent service from Neha. Excellent food and staffs are available always. Neha is very efficient and she is taking care of the cleaning part of the hotel.
