Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and so helpful. would definitely go back. It is great as a 3 star hotel, the staff treated us much better than that. The breakfast was the only thing that let it down. All the hot food was in the same container so no good for cross contamination or for vegetarians. The place was clean and the staff gave us everything we asked for.

Ich habe dieses Hotel schon mal bewertet und dann gab es 5 Sternen. Seitdem - aufgrund einiger ausgezeichneter Managementkompetenzen und einer wunderschönen Mitarbeitergruppe - dieses Hotel wird besser und besser. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, in dieser schönen sicilischen Stadt zu bleiben. Es ist nahe (Wanderweite) zu zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Hotel ist so unspottbar sauber wie je zuvor, das Personal der Verwaltung sprechen alle - unter anderem Sprachen - Englisch, und sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Frühstück wird im “Zimmer mit Blick” serviert - leckere Weide, Brot, Eier usw. und der schmackhafteste Kaffee in der Stadt! Sichere Parkplätze sind auf der Website verfügbar, der Pool eine tolle Bonus in heißen Tagen - von denen es viele gibt - und der Spa - das wir noch zu versuchen haben - sehr beliebt. Gut gemacht alle Betroffen hier, dieses Hotel ist toll. PS. Das Hotel ist auch 100% für Fahrradfahrer zugänglich.

Wir sind gut. Sehr gut aufgenommen. Die Leute der Rezeption sind sehr nett und nett. Allerdings, sehr schlecht isolierte Zimmer. Wir haben gebeten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil wir über dem Restaurant (hypergeräuschig) waren und bereit vom Frühstücksraum, der auch am Abend Rezeption serviert. Auf dem sehr verständlichen und reaktiven Empfang, haben wir ein Zimmer, das sich auf das Gegenteil von all dem stützt. Offenes und richtiges Restaurant. Frühstück sehr begrenzt. Zwangsvoll, einen Yaourt zu beantragen, weil der Server das absolute Minimum ausging. Wir wollten einen warmen Schokolade... und nur der Kaffee war im mageren Frühstück enthalten. Ich fand das schmutzig. Im Gegensatz dazu ist der Rahmen mit schönem Blick noch super.

Traumhaft schönes Hotel, perfekt geschulter Service, große, schöne und neu wirkende Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, liebevoll und mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Leckereien gemacht. Für das Abendessen hätte die Küche einen Stern verdient. Die wirklichen Sterne dieses B&B sind das Personal, das sehr hilfreich war, unsere Anfragen zu beantworten, die Waschmaschine zu behandeln, unser Zimmer zu reinigen und unsere Mahlzeiten zu servieren. Die Lage ist von einer Hauptstraße und in der Nähe anderer Hauptstraßen, aber es ist im Land.
