The location had not much around and out of the way, but the room and breakfast were good. Chicago has new rules about prepaid cards not being accepted for deposits but this hotel did the time I was there.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found a beer lid under the table. Also, I was disappointed for charging me for parking fees because my partner and I were arrived in separate cars.

Only thing i can say was pool was colder than last time and hot tube needed to be clean and hoter. Rooms and service was excellent

The hotel is great! I recommend it. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, the down side was the extremely loud heater that was disturbing and could barely hear the TV and kept waking us up all night long.

Front desk lady at check in was rather rude and not helpful at all. We had several interactions with her and both my husband and I thought she was rude. We were charged more than quoted through *******. Still not sure why.

The front desk lady was very nice and polite I believe her name was Cynthia… but the pool area was dirty had a bad smell! The breakfast sausage wasn’t even cooked

We had an overnight layover at OHare and the free shuttle and clean hotel worked out perfectly.

Overall a great place to stay. Rooms clean and fresh. Staff reasonably friendly. Mannheim Road can be a bit noisy for traffic so I might want to stay on the east side of the building next time, but wouldn’t hesitate staying there again!
