SpringHill Suites Savannah Downtown/Historic District Bewertungen

This was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed In. The proximity to everything in Savannah was spot on. The only thing I was disappointed in was the the price of valet parking. I think $38.00 a day is steep.

It was an bad experience

The hotel is located on the edge of the historic district, so it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to either River Street or even Forsyth Park. Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality.

We loved how it was close to everything! Very clean hotel. I would stay here again!

The hotel was nice, the warm was “worn” stains on the carpet and couches, lack of toiletries. We had to call a few times for soap and toilet paper.

Can’t say I have any complaints! The valet staff was good, everyone was very respectful. The cleanliness was good. It was our first time in Savannah so we did a lot of walking and eating

The hotel room is big really big and the service was amazing sure got a lot of value for the dollar... the hotel is super close to everything and in walking distance to pretty everything.

Given a room with a jacuzzi tub next to the bed. We did not ask for that; we hate tubs by the bed! When we asked to be changed to a different room we were told that since the reservation had been made through ******* we'd have to contact them for a room change. Clearly, we were 2nd class guests since we had booked with *******.

Very well located, close to all attractions. Staff is very nice and very helpful. We booked the trolley tour from the concierge in the lobby, highly recommended the tour. Valet parking only, but very convenience. Will stay again.

Overall the hotel is in a safe and convenient area. Able to walk everywbere we wanted. Also easy to get to without driving through tons of busy streets. With that being said tons of room for imrovement. The rooms are big and spacious. Our mini fridge didnt work and smelled terrible. Some of the lights on the wall also didnt work. Lots of cosmetic things that you just expect could he fixed- red stained carpet in the room, ripped lamp shade, cracked sink, broken toilet paper fixture. For the price you would expect something a bit nicer that way. Breakfast was okay. The last day we were there housekeeping staff cleaned our room and threw away our valet ticket. I talked to the front desk staff who weren't friendly or helpful and told me their staff wouldnt take it. Thankfully the worker outside was more helpful. Random 150$ in fees at check in that were not disclosed in listing. Also appears as though their fridge in the lobby drains onto the sidewalk outside in the front of their building.

Convenient nice hotel .. great staff and great breakfast! Walkable to all of the historical district .. concierge is great, too!

Everything was great as expected! I definitely recommend this hotel and I definitely would stay again!
