酒店前台的男孩服務很不好，我的機票訂單遺忘在酒店，司機答應説送來的等半天沒送來，也沒有打個電話過來説一聲，不講信用。

This is no doubt the best place to stay in Sauraha,Chitwan. I've been to sauraha many times but this time I stayed at Monalisa. It was one of the best decision. I was welcomed very well. HUGE shoutout to all the staffs. they were super friendly and everything was well managed. All the programs were right on time as they said. I am really impressed with everything. Big and luxury room, good food, clean swimming pool,.... I Just love it. I will choose Monalisa Chitwan everytime I come to chitwan.

Does this sound okay for my review of Monalisa? “The Monalisa Hotel was the perfect location for our stay! The staff were welcoming, warm and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so lovely and helped organise our activities to make sure we fully embraced all that Chitwan has to offer in terms of culture, food, wildlife and nature. The rooms were spacious and clean and we certainly loved making use of the pool and gym facilities. There are also cute frogs that live in their pond! Last but not least, the food was delicious, I’d highly recommend the banana fritters and banana pancakes!!
