Hotels in der Nähe von Palazzo o Castel Morenberg, Sarnonico

Bellissimo hotel, curato nei minimi dettagli, sia negli spazi comuni che nel giardino molto ampio e con vista sui prati circostanti e sulle montagne. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale confort ed era molto spaziosa e comoda, idem il bagno C'era persino la cuccia per il nostro cane. La struttura sorge ai limiti del paese con i prati e le montagne tutt' intorno, quindi è molto tranquilla e rilassante, quando entri sembra di stare in una fiaba, in un contesto di pace e benessere fuori dal tempo. Non abbiamo avuto occasione di provare la spa. Buona e varia la colazione, soprattutto i prodotti dolci. Il ristorante - a la carte- non è male. Molto gentile e cortese tutto lo staff dell'hotel, a partire dalla famiglia dei proprietari che mette cura e impegno nel proprio lavoro. Ma il mio preferito resta Mino:-). Complimenti a tutti, torneremo sicuramente.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, der Aufenthalt und der Austritt sind sehr bequem und schnell. Wenn das Personal nicht da ist, kann es auch selbst einchecken. Nach elf Uhr Abends ist die Rezeption abgeschlossen. Wenn Sie fertig sind, können Sie nur Lebensmittel in der Automatik kaufen. Nicht in der sehr zentralen Lage in Bolzano, aber nur wenige Kilometer von der Bahnhof entfernt, kann man mehr als zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Sie erreichen Bolzano Bozen, sobald Sie auf der Bahnstation sind, schnell, so dass es insgesamt zum Lago di Braies oder succeda noch sehr praktisch ist

This rating should be a 5. It went back and forth between a 4 and a 5, but stays a 4. The parking was hard to find. The entrance from the garage was filthy. I thought we had arrived at the bowels of hell. No signs and no directions just umpteen stairs to drag your luggage across. They made it as unsightly and unwelcoming and physically difficult as possible to get to the main desk. Reception was cool. It was a 3. The halls were plain and sp****. They reminded me of a hall in a girl’s dorm. A 4. But then we got to this fabulous luxurious room overlooking the plaza and it was utterly breathtaking. Charm galore. Two bathrooms. Roomy. Definitely a 5. The shower door leaked, but we made due. The facilities were clean. The furniture was charming but a little warn. Down to a 4. The next morning, we had the most divine breakfast. It was incredible and the staff was above and beyond. Back to a 5. Then we checked out - well I checked out while my sister handled the bags. The reception had asked for someone to help her with the bags. He called the elevator. That’s it. She was left struggling with 6 bags up the stairs back through the bowels of hell to the parking garage. Now it’s a 4. And there it remains. What makes a hotel a five is service and hospitality. This hotel did not succeed. Which is too bad because it should have been a 5. Management needs to do some work here. Great view though. We voted it the best view and best breakfast of our 3 week trip to Northern Italy. It makes me sad when people who should succeed fall short.
