Ich denke, selbst wenn der Preis doppelt so hoch ist, wird die Qualität nicht überrascht. Wenn ich mich um eine Sache kümmere, wäre es eine Gruppe von Studenten, die sich an den Arbeits- und Sportclubs beteiligen, aber ich kann in einem Schlafzimmer oder einem Sauna-Zimmer laut sprechen oder nach dem Sauna-Zimmer kein Wasser pumpen. In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Ich hoffe, Sie schreiben eine leicht verständliche Beschreibung im Schlafzimmer. Außerdem werde ich sie verwenden, wenn ich ins Bett gehe. Vielen Dank.

Second time staying here again in Sapporo, this time with my family! Location and service was fantastic the last time I stayed with my partner ✨ free hot bath that’s cozy and clean is also a plus! Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀 Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure! Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Front desk was responsive to emails and I happened to meet both English & Mandarin speaking receptionists who assisted with my check in promptly. Location is two traffic lights aways from Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Parco Mall Breakfast spread was amazing with salad, western and japanese cooked food options.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and I would rate my experience a 8/10. The hotel's location made transportation easy, with convenient access to nearby public transportation. The variety and quality of food options were satisfactory, and having a convenient store nearby added to the overall convenience of my stay.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period. Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from. Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality. The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free. Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

Location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel near sapporo train station. It's just 3 minutes walk so very convenient. There are combini nearby (7-eleven and lawson). They clean my room every day. Change towels, empty the trash bins which is really good. The room size is bigger than tokyo. I just feel they can improve on food. I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast is the same menu every single day, nothing new on each day. Also, while they provide free coffee there's no bottled water given. Initially when I asked the receptionist, I was told I can drink from a cup on the 2nd floor (where food is being served and so as the free coffee) however on my 2nd night I went to the ”pantry” to get a water and there's none, when I went to the receptionist and ask, I was told to drink from the bathroom faucet.

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.
