Vorteile: Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super höflich und freundlich. Nachteil: 600 Yen für die Waschmaschine und 100 Yen für den Trockner. Im Whirlpool gibt es keine Handtücher, Sie müssen welche aus dem Hotelzimmer mitbringen. Das Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und bietet kaum Platz für großes Gepäck.

Hotel was about 10min walk from Sapporo Station - look for signage to Emion Hotel - you can walk on street level or underground walkway which is covered all the way. The building next to Emion is brand new (forgot the name) - this building has a direct lift that leads to the underground walkway. Exit 15 will lead you to a few Izakaya places and it's fully covered the walkway. Breakfast was good with local fare such as japanese curry with rice, soba, miso, fried chicken (was good!), various juices, fruits and desserts - breakfast ends at 930am. The onsen on 2nd floor is open to public but hotel guests can go in for free - opens till late 1am almost everyday. Hotel will issue the onsen card to all hotel guests separately. 7Eleven right downstairs for convenience. We had a three bedder, was a bit squeezy - see photo. bathroom had a tub which was a good surprise. toilet is separated fr bathroom. No gym though which is why i gave 4 stars for facilities.

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

It is good to be here at Best western sapporo odori koen. You can go both Susukino and Odiri area within walk distance. Staff are very friendly and informative. Will choose to stay here again if any chance in Sapporo. Room size larger than other regular hotel with baggage space

There are 2 queen size beds good for a family of 4. The room is considered spacious for us and toilet space is big with bath tub. There is coffee machine, tea bags and drinking water provided. The Sapporo Factory is just across the hotel with many food options and there is a Seria 100-yen shop.

Unser kürzlich im Sapporo Stream Hotel gehabter Aufenthalt war eine wunderbare Erfahrung und wir empfehlen es sehr, besonders für Familien mit jungen Kindern. Es ist in der Nähe der wichtigsten Attraktionen, Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem gelegen, so dass es einfach zu erkunden Sapporo ohne jede Belastung. Die Zugänglichkeit des Hotels war ein Spielwechsel für Familien wie unsere Reisen mit einem Wanderer. Es ist direkt zum Cocono Suskino Mall und dann direkt nach unten zum Bahnhof. Es ist selten, ein Hotel zu finden, das wir für Familien halten, und wir haben das gedankevolle Design wirklich geschätzt. Der Hausbetreuungsdienst war ein weiterer Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Das Hotel, das unser Zimmer effizient sicherte, war gut mit ihren “Menü” von Hausbetreuungsoptionen gespeichert! Wie erwartet in einem japanischen Hotel war das Zimmer kompakt, aber mit Gedanken konzipiert. Während die Eröffnung zweier Koffer gleichzeitig eine Herausforderung war, ist dies typisch für Hotels in Japan. Der Raum wurde gut genutzt und wir fanden es gemütlich und ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Das Sapporo Stream Hotel überwiegt unsere Erwartungen mit seiner besten Lage, familienfreundlicher Zugänglichkeit und hervorragender Hauspflege. Während die Zimmergröße für einige eine leichte Anpassung sein könnte, ist es ein kleiner Austritt für die Komfort und Qualität des angebotenen Services. Wir würden gerne wieder hier auf unserem nächsten Besuch in Sapporo bleiben!

I recently stayed at Mercure Sapporo, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, a family of 5. The room is large enough to accommodate all of us and was very neat and clean. The restaurant which served breakfast was quite small but the food was decent. Our car is 7 seater and was too big to be parked indoor. However, the public carpark was few steps away. Staffs were very friendly too. Overall, it was a happy stay.
