Bad to stay, unhappiness with a 200$ a night. Japanese are always wonderful and lovely people, I like them except for all the people who work at the counter check-in. They are super Lazy , Work Slow, Angry voice, Talk rude, Room is old, Please bring your own flip flop to use bathroom. Very very old hotel. bad smell, the bed sheet is old, and the pillow has a bad smell. Not clean condition. No clean service during stay. Not a place friendly for kids and family to stay. Service is horrible. Eat food outside better than inside if you are concerned about the taste and quality. Staff with bad manners and food are not good choices !. Any hotel in Sapporo is a good location. You can stay any place is fine. Always street connected and easy to walk. This can be a 1 star hotel and how they treat foreigners with such bad behavior, not welcome. For some reason the staff doesn't like foreigners at all from the words they say and treat you. Kind of insulting and being Racist ! . It doesn't matter what our nationality is but we are all human like you. Hope management will train them about human beings. My skin color shouldn't be your problem about work as staff hotel service because we paid while we stay. We pay for it.
If you book a hotel for 2 nights they will ask you to check out and re-check in again everyday. Not a good atmosphere for kids. The most horrible service hotel in the world. I am sad for the hotel owner that you have recruited an employee who is very lazy and doesn't want to work at all. Please be smart to select the hotel.
