Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period. Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from. Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality. The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free. Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

Vorteile: Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super höflich und freundlich. Nachteil: 600 Yen für die Waschmaschine und 100 Yen für den Trockner. Im Whirlpool gibt es keine Handtücher, Sie müssen welche aus dem Hotelzimmer mitbringen. Das Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und bietet kaum Platz für großes Gepäck.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

お風呂の見た目は綺麗な新しいユニットバスだけど排水に髪の毛が沢山詰まっていてすごい流れが悪くてティッシュで凄い量の毛をとりました。 ２日目、部屋に戻ると部屋の清掃とタオル類の補充はされていました。が、布団の上に髪の毛が。。。自分の髪の色と違うし、長さも違うので絶対に私のでは無い。潔癖症では無いと思うけど部屋で何度も知らない人の毛を拾うのは嫌でした。 泊まるだけなら安いし良いと思うけどフロントの人も感じ悪くて、ムスッとしてるし、また行こうとは思わないかな。 立地はとても良いと思います。 道路側の部屋は夜中に外の音が結構聞こえるのと上の階の足音が聞こえるけど。

Vor 々 Ich lebte 2 Nächte, weil die Kommentare sehr hoch waren. Die Briefe des Personals, die Einrichtungen sind reichhaltig, die Klarheit, das Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe und der Mund sind großartig. Ich denke, selbst wenn der Preis doppelt so hoch ist, wird die Qualität nicht überrascht. Wenn ich mich um eine Sache kümmere, wäre es eine Gruppe von Studenten, die sich an den Arbeits- und Sportclubs beteiligen, aber ich kann in einem Schlafzimmer oder einem Sauna-Zimmer laut sprechen oder nach dem Sauna-Zimmer kein Wasser pumpen. In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr nahe dem Flughafenbusstation und dem Fahrstuhl der Nakajima Koen Station. Es ist auch sehr nahe dem unteren Teil des Suskino-Bezirks und es gibt eine Menge von Restaurants wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück war ok, wir hatten schon ein besseres Frühstück, aber ehrlich gesagt ist das Frühstück tatsächlich sehr gut für diesen Preispunkt. Geschmackvolle Eiscreme ist während des Frühstücks verfügbar und es ist aus der Niseko Takahashi Farm. Im Lobby ist eine Kaffeewinkel und trinkt Getränke von 3-10pm iirc.

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.
