Gorgeous resort! Architecturally stunning! As with most 4/5 star hotels and resorts what is most important to me is the service level. This is where Nous shines. The staff is exceptional. Ms. Grammenou, one of the managers, was especially helpful and instrumental in assisting us with an unexpected trip back home. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit a special.

We recently completed our second yoga retreat at Noūs Santorini (Lee me Natali Melani) , and it’s safe to say we’ve found our forever partner in this incredible place. Everything about our stay was perfect—from the stunning surroundings to the luxurious spa, where relaxation is guaranteed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our retreat was flawless. Special mention to Fayad, who was an absolute gem as our waiter. Serving a group of 15 for multiple meals is no easy feat, but Fayad did it with grace and warmth, making each dining experience memorable. We also want to highlight Romina, who was instrumental in helping us plan and organize the retreat. Her attention to detail and dedication made the entire trip seamless. Just hosted my yoga retreat here for the second year in a row and this place and the staff feel like family and home. Thank you to everyone involved for making our experiences unforgettable and going above and beyond to make this such a successful and memorable experience for myself and my community. A huge thank you especially to Romina for coordinating so seamlessly and communicating with me throughout the year as we plan this trip, as well as Fayad for his exceptional service, smile and best energy every morning at breakfast and lunch. The staff here truly made our stay that much more special! The property speaks for itself as it is STUNNING, the spa incredible, the room servicing seamless. This place is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. We arepretty lucky travelers with the places we have been lucky enough to visit, but can’t recall a nicer place than Nous Santorini. We started jotting down names of the outstanding staff members so we could acknowledge them in a review, and soon realized we would have to list every employee we came in contact with from the moment we arrived. Each person goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and have everything you want. Just incredible service. Facilities are great as well and the food is outstanding. Great buffet each day and on-site steakhouse is superb. Wish it wasn’t such a long trip from home-this would be our annual vacation spot! Tremendous people-made us feel so welcome! Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nous Santorini, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s fresh and modern design immediately caught our eyes, perfectly blending luxury with the stunning natural beauty of Santorini. The facilities were exceptional, from the beautifully designed rooms to the inviting pool area and spa. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the atmosphere feel both exclusive and relaxing.

This is THE best hotel. Our favourite hotel ever of all the places we have visited. 1st impressions are that it is clean, fresh and welcoming. Reception staff could not be more helpful-so friendly, genuine , helpful and everything that you would want but very rarely get. Staff training has definitely worked and been worthwhile! Concierge also was amazing with helpful suggestions and nothing too much trouble. You get taken personally to your room which is just perfect (we were upgraded to a bungalow style room-thank you) which is clean, spotless and comfortable. Mood lighting, ample surfaces and wardrobe space, safe (with that extra touch of a light so that you can see in there 👍🏻), quality products in the bathroom, loads of space in there too. Outside was our own private garden with a jacuzzi and patio, I mean, this is the life! Breakfast was a sumptuous selection of everything that you could want, fresh, tasty and loads of staff to help if needed. Why can’t all hotels be like this? I cannot recommend this place enough-you are left wanting for nothing!

Had an excellent time at Nous, highly recommend anyone visiting Santorini to stay here! We were very impressed with everything from the exceptional customer service, cleanliness, the outstanding breakfast and highly trained and friendly staff! To name a few, Amanda at the Welcome Desk provided a very warm welcome and informative induction. Faryad specifically made our stay super special by his warm and welcoming attitude, and super helpful giving us recommendations about the Island, Farokh and Constantinos were very professional and friendly that made our stay even more special! We felt at home!! PS. the hotel is also sea view and convenient location.

The hotel was amazing the fresh clean and friendly staff through out our stay the food was fantastic all homemade and from the local town Santorini is an awesome place the hotel was excellent. This trip was our family vacation and wedding it was all made special by the hotel staff
