I just want to thank the entire staff for your warmth and creating such a welcoming experience. Everything was fantastic. Of course, you can't beat the view, but the genuine care everyone took to ensure we enjoyed our stay is greatly appreciated! From your help getting drinks down to our room, to the friendly greeting each time we came to the bar, handshakes and hugs, and the wonderful food we enjoyed at sunset. I also truly appreciate you accommodating my request to stay longer. That went so smoothly that we were able fit a day of scuba diving into the mix. Great view, great food, absolutely fantastic service! We definitely want to come back!! Thank you, Dolph

We only stopped for a drink here and to admire the views. Drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. On the basis of this experience I would certainly return to eat here. The areas on the terrace include shade and outer tables in the sun.

Dear Friends, The restaurant and Bar has the best Costumer Services in Santorini. Because of them I have dinner at Pearl's every night for 5 days. I just didn't want to go to another place. My experience at the Pearl Restaurante exeeded my expectations. Thanks to Mario, Mateo, Stamatis and special thanks to Oni. The hospitality the crew bring to the table was fabulus, the customer service so friendly. I will be back not only to eat there but to stay in the Hotel. Thanks again.

A really lovely restaurant with attentive service and great views. 2 visits and both did not disappoint. The Santorini wine delicious. Menu choices great. We had lunch one day and dinner another evening. We were offered blankets / patio heaters to keep warm whilst we watched the sunset. Martell was an exceptional waiter, attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Good restaurant in Imerovigli with excellent view of sunset. The crew are very friendly and the food is good. Easy to arrive and book an excellent table We have visit with a group of nine friends and I suggest as a quiet and good experience. Much less people than OÍA and so beautiful view

We stayed here 2 weeks ago for my fiance's 30th birthday which was meant to be special, however due to the lack of health and safety, it was ruined. The first day we went into our private hot tub and the filter was on to the max, which led to my fiance's side being ****** in and stuck. At this point we remained calm and then got a staff member from reception, Andreas, he then came and saw what happened. He said to me 'what do you want me to do?' which then i replied, go get someone to turn it off. As he took his time to get the maintenance guy, Mario. My fiance's side was getting ****** in more and more into the filter which started to burn her, eventually she started to cry and panic due to not knowing what was going to happen. I tried to get her out but I was afraid of her skin ripping off. The maintenance guy came about after 10 minutes where he finally switched the filter off.. There is really bad bruising and pain on her, please check the images. They did not compensate and they did not care at all. She was unable to enjoy the rest of her holiday, as she could not sit or sleep correctly due to the pain on her side. I did ask to speak to the manager but he never came to see us. Since coming back I have emailed them multiple times which i have not received any emails back. I will be taking this further as this is not right. It is truly disgusting as I dread to think what would have happened if it was a child that this happened to.
