The reviews don't do this place justice. The junior suite we stayed in was lovely, especially for the money we paid. The room was small but adequate. It was clean and tidy. The hot tub was lovely and warm. The views are stunning and it is in a great location, although it is hard to find initially. Our only negatives would be it was very difficult to check in as we were delayed and arrived late. There was no one to see and no one answered the phone. It could do with a small kettle and maybe and information sheet with the wi-fi code and what to do when leaving.

This place is awful - nothing like the website photos. Room was damp. Hot tubs full of dirty water and not cleaned. Staff not present and when they were not only rude but aggressive and intimidating. Cancelled our reservation whilst we were there after 1 night even though had paid in full for 4 nights - a complete scam!! Please do not stay here!

Finding the place wasn’t too easy due to the fact that there aren’t any signs with the hotel name. There wasn’t a hotel lobby, only a restaurant where we were immediately surrounded by come drink here guys. They did have luggage storage, however, it was out in the open where we hoped nobody would take our things. So now onto the room. The view was stunning, picturesque and one of a kind. The outdoor hot tub nasty, brown rings at water level, hair and random debris. Benches around the so-called outdoor tub were stained. Upon entering this $500 Honeymoon suite, it was concerning. Only one towel for each of us and one hand towel. The towels we got were stained, bathroom sink was disgusting and a very dirty sink cup. TV in bedroom didn’t work, no Wi-Fi for options of streaming. So back to the outdoor hot tub, the path we took to get there is frequently visited by random people and tourists, which meant no-privacy. They just allowed people to come and go. A “Do Not Enter” sign would have been something. So I guess if you want motel 6 service in Santorini, you can stay here. But don’t waste your money. The next morning 1 hour before check out, the clerk is peeking in our window, then he comes back a few minutes later to ask if we are checking out…he seemed impatient and almost harassing. So we left the room and put our bags back into the so- called luggage area, which was just up against the glass wall at the entrance of the bar. We asked to sit so we could kill some time, they obliged. Once again the sharks attacked us…drink, drink. We politely declined and started to drink our energy drinks we had. The hotel clerk leaned over the rail and began to say, not quietly, that we couldn’t have our drinks in this area. We talked to a local and this could be a law, however, it was his approach. After spending $500 for the crappy suite, you would think that at least there would be a sitting area not attached to the restaurant. So we put 2 open cans into our bag, sat for a couple minutes and left. Never again to return. Worst stay in all of Europe, stay somewhere else. This place has no lobby to call for inquiries. I guess we just paid for the view…tourist trap!

We only have this 2 stars so people.are more likely to read it, 100% 1 star stay. The staff we rude, disorganised and didn't really understand what we had booked. Eventually shown to our room after the manager barked our room number from the stairs. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with bancony and outside hot tub. The room smelt of damp, very overpowering smell when we first walked in. The wall light was taped onto the wall. There was rust running down the wall from a light as well. Bath mat was grubby with hairs in it. When we went outside the views are amazing but the hot tub was full of hair and dead flies, obviously hadn't been cleaned. Filter didn't appear to work either. There was 2 cigar ends on the floor, only thing they had done was made the bed. Would be surprised if the sheets were even changed. My wife was pregnant so we decided not to stay and walked out due to the unhygienic conditions. No coffee machine or iron either. Would not recommend at all!!!

Truffa Ciao a tutti, vorrei iniziare questa recensione con un avviso molto importante: non prenotate in questa struttura !La camera che ci hanno assegnato non corrispondeva per niente la descrizione e alle foto che avevamo visto. Non c'è una reception, e un ragazzo del ristorante ci ha semplicemente consegnato la chiave, dopodiché non abbiamo più visto nessuno dello staff.manager ristorante si è arrabbiato che abbiamo chiesto di chiamarlo host ha detto a me non interessa io mi occupo del ristorante! Una volta entrati in camera, abbiamo trovato un ambiente pieno di umidità. La piscina e l'idromassaggio non funzionavano e la stanza non era quella per cui avevamo pagato! Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni all'host riguardo al cambio di camera, ci ha bloccato e non ha più risposto ai nostri messaggi. Inoltre, la stessa sera ha anche cancellato la nostra prenotazione su Booking, probabilmente per evitare una recensione negativa. Pulizie è venuto alle 17 quando stavamo riposando dopo 2 giorni !!! Valutate bene prima di prenotare in questa struttura! Non posso dare un voto pari a zero, quindi do un 1, ma solo per poter pubblicare la recensione. Spero davvero che Booking prenda provvedimenti!!! Fuyez et ne vous retournez pas. Nous avons choisi ce lieu par rapport au photo. Une vraie arnaque mis à part la vue. C’est un lieu décevant, les chambres sont limite insalubre . Un jacuzzi soit disant privatisé, la grosse arnaque. Un jacuzzi crade ou l’accès est open bar tous le monde peut y accéder, le personnel y passe sa pause clope. Un hôtel ou il n’y a aucune réception, aucun gérant. Tout est gérée sur une table dans le restaurant en haut des soit disant« suites ». Un petit déjeuner ridicule. L’accès à ce lieu est compliqué puisque personne ne le connaît. Aucun taxi ne connaissait le lieu et le point de rendez-vous était le fameux restaurant. Quand je vois les anciens commentaires, rien a changé tout a été caché

L'établissement pratique le surbooking et en plus de pratiquer une usurpation d’identité. Ne correspond en aucun cas à la description que vous trouverez dans les agences de voyages sur internet ou via des intermédiaires tel que booking. La méthode ? Apres avoir réserver sur une plateforme de voyages ou site internet, le propriétaire reprendra contact avec vous via Whatapps ou Viber. Il vous demandera ensuite l’ensemble des éléments de votre réservation avec un discours bien rodé. Il appellera l’agence de voyage (ou un autre site intermédiaire), se fera passer par vous et annulera la réservation à votre place. Le logement étant payé dans son intégralité au moment de la réservation, sans remboursement en cas d’annulation, permettra aux propriétaire de récolter l’argent et de vous de retrouver sans logement ! Un Logement qu’il aura bien évidement mis en location sur de nombreuses autres plateformes afin de faire de même !!! Et bis repetita.... Ne faites en aucun cas confiance à cette établissement !!!

Ho avuto l'occasione di soggiornare presso questa struttura per 5 giorni. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione in centro a Fira, se avete una macchina dovete lasciarla a 1 km e fare tutti scalini a piedi con le valigie che non è il massimo a luglio.. a parte questo accoglienza inesistente, camere non pulite che odorano di muffa,umidità a non finire. La stanza non è mai stata pulita in 5 giorni di soggiorno, stessa cosa per gli asciugamani e la carta igienica (ho dovuto chiederla due volte e andarla a prendere direttamente al bancone del bar in quanto la reception non esiste!!!) Diffidate assolutamente dalle recensioni e dalle foto di booking perché sono false!!! La grata davanti alla porta è arrugginita con mozziconi di sigarette ovunque, acqua stagnante che proviene dall idromassaggio e si ferma in ogni buco.. non c'è privacy, non avendo un cancelletto davanti alla stanza le persone scendono le scale del bar e si ritrovano a fare foto praticamente sulla porta della vostra stanza. Al nostro arrivo il bagno era maleodorante,lo scopino del water era letteralmente pieno di urina!!! Abbiamo dovuto comprare un flacone di ammoniaca e pulire noi, stessa cosa per il lavandino e la doccia. Onestamente per quello che si paga 1300€ per 5 notti non vale la metà dei soldi, quindi sconsigliato !! Ah per ultima cosa non hanno un deposito bagagli, vengono messi a fianco della vetrata del bar fino all'orario della consegna chiavi della stanza quindi se avete una macchina in affitto consiglio di tenere le valigie fino all'orario stabilito da loro.

Je vous conseille à éviter , ils annulent à la dernière minutes , Ils vous donnent une chambre qui ne correspond pas et très sale, drap et salle de bain, le sol plein de cheveux, le jacuzzi horrible , mouchoir au fond et plein de déchets qui flotte, peur d’attraper des champignons comme la douche. Odeur humide et abondante, ne peut pas ouvrir la chambre en plus sachant qu’il y a les cheminées des hottes des cuisines des autres restaurants autour = odeur de cuisine. Il ne reste plus qu’à tout fermer et subir une nuit. Heureusement pour nous on fait juste une nuit qui est déjà de trop. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur nos photos et les photos déjà postées cela n’a pas changé, tout se confirme à chaque passage. Même le personnelle incompétent et parle comme des c….. Bonne continuation à tous et fuyez

À éviter à tout prix, nous avons louer une chambre qui avait le jacuzzi et la terrasse et à notre arrivée le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, le disjoncteur dans le panneau était fermé et quand je l’ai mis en marche, le disjoncteur principal à trippé, donc plus d’électricité. Ils étaient au courant et ils font la location quand même. La chambre puait et les draps, couvertures et serviettes étaient salles, le couvre lit avait des taches de sang, car ils ne change pas les draps et les serviettes, ce qui veut dire que vous dormez dans des draps que d’autres personnes ont dormi avant vous. Je me suis plaint pour le jacuzzi et on m’as changé de chambre et quand j’ai demandé de changer les draps on m’a dit que ce sera fait. J’ai pris des photos des taches dans le lit et quand je suis revenu dans l’après-midi j’ai défait le lit et les taches étaient toujours là. Je me suis plaint une deuxième fois et j’ai suivis le gars qui fait les chambres pour m’assurer qu’il prenait des draps et serviettes propres. La deuxième chambre puait aussi et était en détérioration. À cette établissement il n’y a pas de réception, tout ce fait sur une table du restaurant et quand j’ai demandé de voir le gérant, il y avait toujours une raison pour ne pas le rencontrer, il a eu un accident, il est à l’hôpital etc. Celui qui s’occupe des réservations est bête et se fiche totalement des clients. Tout ça a gâcher notre séjour, mais heureusement nous avons trouvé des choses à faire pour essayer de profiter de la beauté de l’île.
