Santolia Art Suites

Such a beautiful hotel villa with the perfect location for Sunset! LOVED everything about this elegant place. All the corners of the room were created for us to really feel comfortable and cozy yet luxurious. Location is perfect, secluded enough to enjoy without any disturbance but walking distance to food and marts, and of course to the tourist spots. Staffs were so kind and breakfast was super hearty! Although it was starting to get cold, we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi at night, looking at the stars. Bed and pillows were soooo comfortable, interior was impeccable! 100% enjoyed to the fullest, 100% recommend this (and please book way in advance), 100% would return!

Decided to splash out and treat myself and a friend for our birthdays and this was the perfect hotel for such a thing. It felt so luxurious, modern, and we felt like royalty. The private pool was lovely and the terrace area is great. Would recommend

Santolia Art Suites was a great place to stay. The suite and private pool/spa were excellent. The breakfast was delivered right to our suite in the morning with lots of food options. The only thing that was difficult was finding a parking place next door.

This place was such a treat to stay at. Located just a few minutes walk to where it all happens! Views are obviously breath taking. Going in May is much quieter than peak although expect tourists and it got fairly windy at points throughout the day, particularly in the evenings. The villa was high quality and modern, decorated beautifully and the comfiest bed. We had our own private jacuzzi which you could watch the sunset from. Breakfast was included and was amazing, brought to your terrace every morning. Fantastic host, very responsive and offered discounted rate if we returned. I would say you would only need a few days there unless you hire quads to explore the rest of the island. We visited a vineyard for a wine tasting experience which I would highly recommend. Best for luxury and location. Stunning!

We did a lot of research into hotels before we booked Santolia Art Suites in Oia for a long break. We decided on Santolia Art Suites as so many had said that you were able to step away from the crowds but step in so easily. And how right the reviews were. Literally five minutes walk to the main square and then five minutes walk back to the tranquility and peace of our room and terrace. Alexandre and his team were so helpful and any request was responded to immediately (more coffee!!). The room was really lovely but the outside space with jacuzzi and plunge pool was why we were there. Watching the sunset, without any crowds with a drink in hand in our jacuzzi will be a memory forever. Breakfast was a delight and set us up for very chilled days. Five out of five. We loved it.

Amazing accomodation. Incredible view with both a private pool and spa. Room was spacious as was the shower as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Aircon worked great which was a plus considering how hot it got during the day. Perfect location. During our time in Oia we found that the main town area was absolutely choccas full of people and those who stayed in the main town were constantly flooded with people around them, not to mention having to lug their luggage up stairs, through narrow alley ways and crowds of people. Our accomodation was located just out of town, secluded for the most part and away from all the crowds yet only 200m walk and you’re back in the town of Oia. After seeing the other accomodation options, as nice as they were we were so grateful ours was located where it is and would highly recommend based on this alone. The only downfall which is a little misleading in photos online is that the accomodation isn’t totally isolated, the view just over the pool is a small footpath (rarely used) and then down onto a driveway for the rest of the accomodation area. It didn’t effect us at all nor impacted the incredible view but was something we realised upon seeing it in real life. Breakfast every morning was very generous with bread, crossiants, pastries, jams, spreads, boiled eggs, coffee pods, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and yoghurt. All of which was delicious and we never left feeling unsatisfied. Staff were very efficient and attentive, if we requested something it was brought over within minutes and at no extra charge (milk, extra coffee pods etc.) A complimentary bottle of wine was available on arrival aswell! Overall highly highly recommend. Location, service, facilities, everything perfect. We spent a lot of time at the accomodation just because it was so good.
