Had booked this hotel through last minute.com on arrival there is no reception and no one to meet you. We had to call the number on the booking only to be told by the so called manager that we had no booking. He did not come to meet us and after an hour he then said he could offer us a room in another hotel but for additional cash. We refused. The whole thing felt like a scam. And I hope it’s the only time this ‘manager’ has done it. Do not recommend and definitely one to avoid.
