Achtung: wir haben das Hotel via TUI gebucht für 1 Nacht - vom Flughafen via Transfer gut gelegen - aber das Hotel hatte kein Interesse für 1 nacht und hat uns nach der Ankunft an der Rezeption ausquartiert, in ein angeblich besseres Hotel. Dieses war sehr schmutzig und es roch nach Kanal - es wurde als angeblich bessere Alternative verkauft. Ich nehme es daher als Grundlage für meine Bewertung.

Das Hotel ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, was natürlich zu Lärmbelästigung führt, insbesondere, weil die Türen nicht dicht sind, zwischen der Tür und Schwelle ca. 1 cm Luft. Auch wenn das Zimmer zum Garten geht, ändert das nichts am Problem. Für ein ***-Hotel, na ja. Aber der Palmengarten reißt alles heraus. Für eine Nacht durchaus zu empfehlen.

Me and my partner loved this hotel. The owners are so lovely. We were greeted at the gate when we were arrived and made to feel so welcome. Staff are so helpful with giving you info about the island and what to see / do. Clean room and fresh towels every morning, 24 hour reception and gorgeous pool. Perissa is lovely and quiet and only 20-30 mins on the bus to Thira. 24 hour bakery a couple of minutes walk away too. Such a lovely and welcoming relaxing vibe. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

This hotel is the most amazing hotel we have stayed at the staff worked so hard and made an effort to come and talk to us every day nothing was too much for this lovely Greek family they made are little family feel so welcome and the breakfast and bar food was amazing, would recommend this hotel to anyone we have stayed in 5 star and never had staff attentive service like this 5 star rating for this little gem 💎 Hire a car across the road for only 200 euros and visit thira and oia and don’t forget caldera view at sunset the car hire company own part of the beach and they are just onto free sun loungers all day

Absolutely outstanding customer service and family feel. Owner and staff amazing and could t do enough for you. One night we didn’t venture out and enquired about food and they brought it to our room and just told us to pay the next day. Perissa is a lovely place and the Diamond rental opposite Fenix hotel makes it so easy to hire cars, Quads or bikes. This is our second time to hotel and resort and after 11 nights we feel like we have visited everywhere but there is always more to see. The pool is amazing and bar area and food is delightful. We really couldn’t wish for a more perfect holiday and are so thankful to staff for their time and service

Very basic hotel, no kettle you have to ask for hair dryer, clean towels everyday and bed made. Not the cleanest. Breakfast ok. Guess you need to be there for 8 to get the best of the food. Staff very friendly and the old guy who owns is lovely. Cant comment on the pool as we could never get a bed for towels and no people. Our room was facing the main road but the noise didn't bother us.

This hotel far exceeds its three stars. The staff are most definitely five star. They are helpful, friendly and attentive. Happy to advise on trips, restaurants and best beaches. The recommendations never failed. We started our day with breakfast which was a pleasant experience with an array of continental cheese, meats and pastries and a Greek style English breakfast - an awesome way to start the day. The pool area is peaceful, with a number of palm trees and a beautiful backdrop. We ate at the pool bar and it was excellent food and good value. The guy that runs the bar is so hardworking and can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. The room is comfortable and cleaned daily. This hotel is a little haven and should not be missed.

This is a cracking hotel. Bad things ? It’s out of season for me and maybe due to all the beautiful trees in high season you might struggle to get a sunbed with tan opportunities but otherwise this place is blissful . Breakfast is fantastic. Currently no book swap , which is a shame . Location is okay , road into centre is flat but I wouldn’t want to be pushing a pushchair . Good things ? Sorry…to many to mention ! This place has to be one of the best value hotels in the whole of Greece !

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff - Manos is the man works very hard and so helpful and returns to work there each season (10 years so far) which tells us the owners must be good people, one of the owners greets you every day and came and shook our hands when leaving - we stayed 10 nights 6-16 October 2024
