Azalea Hotel

I would not even give 1 rating to this place. Extremely bad managed by Kiki Christoforidou. I had the misfortune of dealing with aggressive toned staff by the name of 'kiki'. What really sealed the deal for me was the aggressive and confrontational tone I experienced in our communication. When I brought up the issues with the booking, I was met with defensiveness and even outright hostility. It's clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. The hotel's advertised amenities were a complete joke. The "high-speed" Wi-Fi was slower than a snail's pace, making it impossible to get any work done. The so-called "continental breakfast" was a sad excuse for a meal, with stale pastries and lukewarm coffee that tasted like dishwater. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. The lack of professionalism, disrespect from the staff, and aggressive tone I encountered make this place a complete nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodations elsewhere where your comfort and well-being are actually valued.

where doi begin, from day one my experience was first class.the room was very clean and adequate containing tv, fridge, safe and a/c. The service i received during my stay was outstanding, very friendly and helpful especially Georgia who tried to get me pronounce her full name with no luck. I woud highly recommend this hotel as not far from airport and beach and of course the shops and restaurants etc.. only 5 min walk. They also offer a airport pick up and return service . Lots of love to Georgia and Kiki and staff. Paul ( room 25)
