Kokkinos Villas

Good hotel with a great view, rooms are comfortable but could do with a bit of attention in places (curtain missing a few hooks, bathroom tiles a tiny bit mouldy). Breakfast was good, you fill in a form of what you want rather than a buffet and hand this in before you eat. Works well and imagine cuts down on a lot of waste compared to a buffet. Pool is nice if a bit small, but the view is amazing.

An absolute gem. 💎. This place oozes family warmth and hospitality. We had a beautiful suite with two separate rooms for a family of 4 - the kids are 20/18 yrs old - and had plenty of space. The AC, the amenities. The view were all superb. Also. The breakfast just awesome. The owner gave us great advice as to where to go and was very helpful with organizing anything we asked for. Although a 15-20 minutes - without traffic - ride into Fira. I feel it is ideally located to be able to still feel like you’re in the action while having the luxury of being secluded. The hotel is well maintained. It feels brand new and pool exquisite. I highly recommend Thanks from Montreal, Canada

Absolutely #1 in Santorini, if you want quiet and relaxing stay. The room was great and clean with nice double beds. Breakfast - you choose from a wide selection of dish (coffee, bread, eggs, vegetables, etc. etc.); great start of the day. No road or air traffic noise, great view to the sea. Personel was extremely friendly and always available, when needed. They had great suggestions, what to do, where to go. Restaurants at walking distance; Misteli warmly recommended. We had rental car to enable easy and quick access to anywhere in the island. Beaches were close enough (Vlyhada very good), one beach just next to the hotel, that we did not even try for some reason. Definitely worth to visit again, if we ever will be back to Santorini.

Many of the reviews mention the stairs and if you take one thing away with you from this fabulous location it'll be well-worked calves! We had booked for just one night because we were island-hopping and wanted somewhere with a view for the final night before our flight. What a view. Oh my goodness...what a view. The owner upgraded us on arrival so rather than a two-bedroom apartment we got a two-bedroom apartment with outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. Did I mention the view? It was stunning. Actually, considering we were literally in and out inside 18 hours, the owner could not have been more hospitable. There was a free bottle of wine, a free lift into town, a recommendation for a restaurant that turned out to be the best place we went all holiday and in the morning he drove his minibus down the cliff road so that we didn't have to drag our bags back up the hill to meet the taxi. All of this and he refused every single offer of a tip from us. If you're looking to stay somewhere that will take your breath away both literally and metaphorically then I cannot recommend Kokkinos Villas enough.

very lousy experience.When you send message to them, they don't reply. when you make a phone call to them, they are rude.The place is very far away from the central point, But unfortunately, they didn't have pick up service in airport. 很糟糕，因为定错了，想要跟他协商是否退款，发了邮件过去，他连理都不理，装作没有看到。 不可以退款我是能接受的，但是完全装作没有收到邮件，这样的行为真的很糟糕。 后来打电话过去问如何从机场接驳，也是爱理不睬的，态度非常糟糕。
