The Nook by Caldera Houses

We're doing a bit of Greek island hopping and started at Santorini. The Nook was the perfect location. The view from the apartment is perfect, direct view of the sunset from the jacuzzi, from the seating area behind it and the sunbathing balcony above. Its nice and private. Some of the very expensive rooms / apartments nearby are directly by a public path and would be a let down on the privacy front. The layout of the apartments in our area is such that you are directly overlooked by very few others and where you are, its at some distance. Cost wise its reasonable for the quality you get and a great deal compared to some of the other lets in the surrounds as described above. Our host Panos was very helpful, establishing WhatsApp contact and on hand to answer questions and to book taxis and transfers to and from anywhere on the island. The apartment is nicely decorated, with aircon, a basic kitchen and a nice bathroom, lounge area and bedroom. The outdoor area is certainly the highlight though, spacious and quiet. The let is about a 10 minute walk from the main bars and restaurants of Imerovgli. Its a fairly steep hill but nothing too difficult. The bars and restaurants all have amazing views bit can be quite expensive, the best we found was The Wine Bar. There's also a decent little shop in the village for essentials. A perfect stay and start to our honeymoon. Couldnt recommend enough!
