Good: the hotel rooms are actually a cave and are very spacious with everything you need. Also, the support of Iaras (not sure how to spell it) was incredible. Bad: -The hotel is not located in the main road and you MUST receive instructions on how to get there. If you rent a car, you leave your car 400 m away from the entrance to the path that takes you to the hotel. You need to confirm the arrival time as the hotel is located downstairs from the main road and you will require assistance if you have luggage. We rented a car, drove to the place and got lost for 30 min as we did not receive any specifics before our arrival -Customer support. The hotel only has a reception or any support available during specific hours (limited) throughout the day. We lost our room key and reached out through whatsapp to the person in charge of the reception at 930 pm since we needed to put our baby in bed. It took us 20 min to obtain a response from the hotel, for 45 min they kept asking "where did you loose the key?" or "if we were sure that we did not have the keys in our bags, as she was too far away (20 min drive) to go to the hotel to open the door for us". Iaras (part of the team, was kind enough to come to help us and open the door 1 hr after we contacted the person in charge) -Value for money: we paid more than $300 per night (end of August). Definitely expected a higher level of experience for that price. (no support, no parking, location, etc). It is more and Airbnb rather than a hotel
