4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Das ist ein wunderbares Hotel der Weltklasse. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfreich. Großes Frühstück und die Zimmer sind, was Sie von einem 4-5 Star Hotel erwarten würden. Wir blieben eine Nacht, als wir nach Chile kamen, und dann beschlossen wir, hier noch einmal die Nacht vor unserer Abreise zu bleiben. Unser Klingelmann Matias hat eine hervorragende Arbeit gemacht, um Details für eine besondere Feier auf unserem Rückreise-Stadt zu arrangieren. Er hat einen speziellen Käsekochen und Ballons zusammen mit unserem Bodentransfer vom Flughafen organisiert. Der Immobilienmanager Marco hat eine gute Arbeit gemacht, um unseren Bedarf für einen späten checkout und ein großes Zimmer für unseren Komfort zu befriedigen.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

Rein, modernes Hotel nicht zu weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Aber das Ausflugszentrum mit dem Hotelshuttle war nicht einfach, da die Anweisungen des Hotels ambigu und nicht klar waren. Allerdings war die Eincheckung schnell, einfach und kam mit einem Lächeln. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war sauber, ziemlich groß mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Anden; das Badezimmer war modern und die Dusche hatte einen guten Druck. Leider verfügt das Hotel über keine separate Bar und das Restaurant ist nützlich mit wenig Atmosphäre; obwohl das Essen gut ist und die Server sehr freundlich und hilfreich waren. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit dem üblichen Preis (obwohl das heiße Essen und Kaffee vielleicht heißer gewesen wären) und der üblichen kalten Ausbreitung von Käse, Hanf usw. Bei der Schreibzeit, wenn Covid-Tests für die USA erforderlich sind, ist ein großer Plus eine Covid-Teststelle im Lobby - unsere Ergebnisse wurden in zwei Stunden erhalten. Ein gutes Hotel und eins, das ich bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Chile zurückkehren würde. Und ein besonderer Schrei an Francisca auf dem Front Desk, der so sehr angenehm war und ging aus ihrem Weg, um hilfreich zu sein.

Nice central location with Santa Lucia just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to things like the Hop on Hop off bus stop for Santa Lucia if you’re planning to do that. I had a room on the 14th floor that looked like it needed a deep clean. The windows were streaked with hand prints, the bathroom had chunks dented out of the walls and one of the floor boards was missing part of a panel - it actually slid backwards and forwards when you walked on it. Not sure when the last time anyone from Accor Hotels inspected the property. Pool not open at this time of year. No day spa. Breakfast buffet was the same thing every day and the only hot options were runny scrambled eggs or sliced cooked sausage. Cold selection was nice though with lovely sliced fruits and a good bread and pastry selection. Convenience store located right next door if you needed to pop out for any items. The area is frequented by beggars and street merchants. I was advised by hotel staff not to walk alone and to carry my bag across my front. Probably not the safest area for solo female travellers to wander around.

Recentemente fiquei hospedada com a família neste hotel durante 6 dias, o hotel tem uma localização boa fica em torno de 20 minutos de carro dos principais pontos turísticos e do aeroporto, café da manha bom e camas confortáveis. Porém o que deixou a desejar é falta de poder controlar o ar condicionado, de madrugada fazia 10 graus e o hotel não tinha aquecedor pois só no inverno que há aquecedor nos quartos, passamos muito frio a noite, por mais que o hotel tenha fornecido cobertores. Outra coisa que também foi que não conseguimos utilizar o cofre, tentaram arrumar o cofre, mas sem sucesso. A piscina só pode ser utilizada se estiver utilizando uma touca de natação o qual é vendido no hotel, achei estranho, pois já me hospedei em muitos hotéis e nunca vi solicitarem isso. Fora isso os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, ocorreu tudo bem!

What a fabulous Hostel. The staff and volunteers offered tips and suggestions for a wonderful time in Santiago. Each guest gets an individual tour of the Hostel upon arrival, so you know where everything is straight away. I would like to mention some of the staff by name as they provided me with a terrific experience. They were Mario, Claudio, Basti, Santi, and the volunteers Julius, Stefan, Pascal. The people I met were all very friendly and both the Xmas and New Years Eve parties were a fabulous experience. I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOSTEL AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Ich habe keine U-Bahn gesetzt, aber auch sehr nah. ② Zimmer und höhere Stockwerke genießen eine schöne Landschaft, so dass ich die Andenberge vor mir sehen kann. Es bleibt sauber und es gibt keine Beschwerden. Er spielt jeden Tag. ③ Mitarbeiter, wenn ich es bitte, antworten sie relativ freundlich. ④ Es ist vor Mikrowellenschaltern und Elektronikhallen frei zu verwenden. This is a truly great hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful: Ivan, Juan, and Guillermo; and two of the guys played the guitar. A few times a week Juan would play his guitar and sing, and what a powerful voice he had. I could listen to him all day. The free breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and the a**osphere of the hostel was memorable. However, there was one person at the front desk (Scarlet) that was showing irrational behavior. In the beginning she was friendly and helpful, but then after a week, she turned dark and menacing towards me. She kept complaining that I changed my bed or dorm room, even when it was because of inappropriate behavior from another guest, and there were similar complaints from other guests. This morning she asked me if I ”changed my room again?” I said everything is good. There are no problems. Then she said, ”Okay, I will move you back to the room you were in last night.” That seemed odd. I said, I did not ask you to. You do that without my permission. She responded, ”I thought that is what you wanted.” Again, strange. She didn't stop. After getting the email address of the manager, I went upstairs to write an email. Ten minutes later she came up to where I was sitting and continued to badger me. I said she was disrespecting me, and I asked her to stop. She left and then returned a few minutes later, saying that she talked with the manager and I must leave the hostel immediately. She said I was disrespecting her by feeling disrespected. That I was attacking her or mistreating her, but nothing specific was mentioned -- because it didn't happen. No one that she spoke with ever talked with me. Whatever she said behind my back, that person never even told me what I was being accused of, nor did they ask me any questions. Then she threatened me with the police. I was stunned. I asked to speak with the manager. She promised if I came to the reception desk, the manager would speak with me. When I came down, I was not allowed to speak with him. I continued to finish my email to the address provided, and then the police came. It did not matter what the truth was. They listened to her speak in Spanish and then said to me, it doesn't matter what happened. She asks you to leave so you must leave. I walked out and here I am writing this review. I had been there for a couple weeks and I got to know all the staff and they got to know me. They and a number of other guests who had been there a while could testify to my character. I have not heard back from the email I sent to the manager. It seems that whatever Scarlet said behind my back, was believed without question, even when there were guests present, witnesses. And there were video recordings from different angles. I have heard about this type of thing happening in the United States, but we are in Chile. How could a manager allow a guest to be thrown out by the police without ever asking the accused a single question. Is that the world we live in now?
