When we 1st arrived the drop off point was great just outside of the hotel it is approx an hour and 10 minutes on the coach. My room had two single beds pushed together so you could get down the sides to get in. The bed had plastic cover under the sheet it drove me nuts as it needed straightening out everytime you turned over. TV up above wardrobe on a bracket very small and only had 1 English channel BBC news, watched it whilst getting ready for dinner. I had a balcony, it faced the balconies opposite but I did get sunshine in the afternoon early evening which was lovely. You could not use the pool area before 10 a.m and as this is the hotels only outside space it was frustrating. The building has 4 or 5 floors so a lot of guests, so to find there is only room for 25 sun beds 12 chairs and 3 small tables in the pool area was never going to please most of their guests, Very little space between them and edge of pool . I had my own pool towel although they show photo of towels by the pool. The activity area is a hall with seating, meant to be used for activities but basically used as a walk through from reception to the bar. The bar had a window opening onto the pool area this was the All inclusive ”Snack bar,” i was offered sandwiches in a cardboard box I asked if we had pizza they said yes 8 euro so not much of a snack bar. The ”Cafe” was a coffee machine on a table in the hall. Someone mentioned the beach is opposite the hotel giving the impression you can see it, it is only a few minutes away but to get to the beach you need to cross the road under the train subway and then go down between the buildings to arrive at a lovely sandy beach, hiring 2 chairs and an umbrella is 21 euros. Food was very much the same every day with additional bit of chicken or fish added but there is something for everyone as there are loads of restaurants near by. Restaurant open anything from 5 to 15 minutes late every day, so recommend go down a few minutes late so you are not queued on the stairway going down to the restaurant and across the hall each meal time. As i was leaving the hotel very early I asked for a wake up call at 5 a.m they set the call for 4 a.m, not impressed. As I was inclusive they were going to leave me a breakfast bag but that didn't happen either. Staff were nice and polite.

About 1,2 km from a beach is located the hotel HOTEL SANTA SUSANNA RESORT. The nearest bars and restaurants can be found at a distance of around 800 m. The old town is around 1 km away. A supermarket and other shops you reach after approx. 500 m. In the surrounding a disco (approx. 1 km away) and an aqua park (approx. 22 km) offer entertainment during the best time of the year. The air-conditioned hotel is equipped with a 24h reception, Wi-Fi (for a fee), an internet corner, a lift, a shop, a jacuzzi, parking spaces as well as a TV lounge. Sehr gut. Im Grunde sind sie dort, wo die Einheimischen Urlaub haben, mit einem hohen Preis, der Rezeption Schönheitsservice ist sehr detailliert, vielen Dank!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte und somit 5 Tage zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Es war unser erster Herbstferien Urlaub am Strand und wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Toller Pool, schöne saubere Zimmer (wenn auch etwas klein) und sehr leckeres Essen. Service war auch überall sehr gut. Einzig das was mich etwas geärgert hat ist, das wir einen Coronatest machen mussten und uns keiner an der Rezeption richtig Auskunft geben konnte. Alle von der Rezeption genannten waren geschlossen. Zum Glück konnte uns eine Apothekerin helfen. Aber das war nur ein kleines Problem, wo das Personal aber trotzdem sehr bemüht war. Toll fand ich auch das wir unser erstes Abenessen, welches wir verpasst haben, auf einen anderen Tag schieben konnten z..B. als Mittagessen. Spa und anderes Pogramm haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar unterm Zug durch und wirklich sehr schön. Santa Susanna an sich hat leider nicht sehr viel Flair. Hotel an Hotel und dazu Touri-Laden an Touri-Laden. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel fahren, da es uns bis auf Kleinigkeiten an nichts gefehlt hat. Ein bis zwei Stühle mehr auf dem Balkon wären nett und mehr Schutzwände zwischen den Balkonen wäre nicht übel.

Dies ist ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel, dieses Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, es ist nur für Erwachsene, mit privatem Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, Es hat ein vollwertiges Spa mit Hallenbad.Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, sehr gute Betten und ein schönes Badezimmer, nicht groß, es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Safe (kostenpflichtig).Das Restaurant ist modern eingerichtet, das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft, man kann zwischen Frühstück, Halbpension, Vollpension oder All Inn wählen, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.  Die Bar ist gemütlich und sie servieren alles, es gibt eine Veranda, die sie öffnen können, und zwei große Terrassen.  Der Pool ist nicht groß mit Wasserfällen und eingebauten Whirlpools.  Rund um den Pool sind sehr luxuriöse Betten, es gibt eine Rasenfläche mit Kunstrasen und Sie können auch an den Seiten auf Strandkörben liegen.Das Hotel hat eine schöne Strandbar, an der Sie leckere Snacks und Cocktails bestellen können.  Wer lieber am Strand liegen möchte, dem stehen Liegestühle (gegen Gebühr) zur Verfügung.  Die Fußgängerzone liegt direkt gegenüber und ist sehr modern, und abends gibt es lustige Straßenunterhaltung.  Meiner Meinung nach Preisqualität eines der besseren Hotels in Santa Susanna Preisqualität top, Kompliment an das gesamte Personal, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Mein kürzlicher Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, den ich über Loveholidays gebucht hatte, war ein absoluter Albtraum. Ich war noch nie so enttäuscht von einem Urlaub. Essen: Das Essen war extrem schlecht. Es war geschmacklos, schlecht zubereitet und kaum genießbar. Die begrenzte Auswahl war eine Schande und ich würde das nicht einmal meinem schlimmsten Feind servieren. Wenn wir das Restaurant erreichten, waren einige der Speisen bereits weg und es gab nie einen klaren Hinweis darauf, was das Gericht enthielt, außer ein paar vagen Bildern. Zimmer: Die Zimmer waren alt und elend. Die Badezimmerfliesen waren kaputt und es gab einen ständigen üblen Geruch, der den Aufenthalt unerträglich machte. Der Zustand des Zimmers war schändlich und weit entfernt von dem, was beworben wurde. Es sieht überhaupt nicht wie auf den Fotos aus – es ist viel zu alt und abgenutzt. Kaution: Das Hotel verlangte für alles, was wir brauchten, eine Kaution, was absurd war. Vom veralteten Safe bis zu den ältesten, riesigen Schlüsseln für die Türen, die wie in einem Horrorfilm knarrten, hatte alles seinen Preis. Unterhaltung: Die Unterhaltung war extrem schlecht. Das Hotel richtete sich hauptsächlich an Leute ab 60 und es gab keine sogenannte „Unterhaltung“. Die Hauptunterhaltung bestand im Wesentlichen darin, Fußball auf dem Hauptbildschirm zu schauen. Das Programm war schlecht geplant und wurde selten eingehalten, was uns gelangweilt und frustriert zurückließ. Positiv: Das einzig Gute an diesem Hotel waren die Lage und die Mitarbeiter. Die Lage war praktisch und die einzige Rettung. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und versuchten trotz der zahlreichen Mängel des Hotels ihr Bestes, um zu helfen. Insgesamt: Dies war insgesamt eine Enttäuschung. Die gesamte Erfahrung war weit unter dem Standard und ich bereue jeden Moment, den ich dort verbracht habe. Der Standard dieses Hotels entspricht definitiv nicht 4 Sternen. Sparen Sie Ihr Geld und meiden Sie dieses Hotel um jeden Preis. Loveholidays sollte es sich ernsthaft überlegen, diesen Ort seinen Kunden anzubieten. Ein Stern ist zu großzügig für diese miserable Entschuldigung für ein Hotel.
