Ausgezeichnete Lage, ruhig, da etwas mehr von den anderen Hotels bewegt. In etwa zehn Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum, indem Sie entweder vom Strand oder von der Straßenseite aus gehen. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber, es gab eine doppelte tägliche Kontrolle. Exzellentes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl. Der Strand war wunderschön, sauber und elegant umzäunt, um ihn sicherer und für diejenigen, die nicht zum Hotel gehören, weniger zugänglich zu machen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Nur das Standard-RUI-Hotel-Setup … In keinem der Spezialitätenrestaurants konnte eine Reservierung vorgenommen werden. Buffetrestaurants mit immer gleichen, sich wiederholenden Speisen. Höfliches Reinigungspersonal. Das Personal an der Rezeption muss kundenorientierter sein. Ich kam um 20 Uhr an, bekam eine Schlüsselkarte und eine Karte und deutete auf das Zimmer … niemand, der mir mit dem Gepäck helfen konnte. Ich habe über die RUI-App einen späten Check-out angefordert, der bestätigt wurde, und dann stellte ich fest, dass die Schlüsselkarte am Tag, nachdem ich den Morgen am Pool verbracht hatte, auf dem Weg zur Rezeption nicht funktionierte. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich dies an der Rezeption hätte anfragen sollen … zu keinem Zeitpunkt gab die App dies an . Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Pagen einen Zettel unter meiner Tür angebracht hatte. Es wäre in Ordnung, wenn ich tatsächlich ins Zimmer gehen könnte, um ihn zu lesen, aber da war kein Zettel! Ich würde nicht sagen, dass es sich um ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, eher um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt.

Tolles Hotel. Super sauber, modern, großzügig angelegt, all-in bedeutet wirklich, dass man von früh morgens bis später abends irgendwo immer etwas zu essen oder snacken bekommt (die Buffets sind sensationell, hier findet JEDER etwas), 24 Stunden Getränke (kein „billig-Zeug“), alle Service-Kräfte hier sind super nett und immer lustig und gut drauf, die kostenlosen Liegen mit Sonnenschirm unter Palmen am Strand sind völlig ausreichend, an den verschiedenen Pools wird leider nichts gegen die „Handtuch-Reservierung“ getan, also findet man dort ab spät Vormittags eher schwer ne Liege mit Schirm. Tatsächlich gibt es einen Negativpunkt: Die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, auch wenn sie am Haken hängen. Das könnte man individueller regeln. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Der beste Teil des Hotels ist zweifellos der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer, Sonnenliegen und balinesischen Betten. Es ist ein perfektes Hotel zum Entspannen ****, da es winzig ist und nicht viele Leute da sind. Es liegt etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber meiner Meinung nach ist es ein Vorteil, da kaum Leute zum Strand des Hotels laufen, sodass es wie ein Privatstrand aussieht, sehr schön, auch weil alles mit Muscheln bedeckt ist.) . Das Personal war jederzeit sehr nett zu uns. Sehr reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Super geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, wir würden es ohne Zweifel wiederholen.
