Regina Elena Dependance

Booked the Regina Elena Dependance (cheaper) section of the hotel, which was still our most expensive hotel in our month-long trip across Italy (this is an expensive area so I get it). Great location with beach and nice rooftop pool and reception staff were lovely, rooms in our section were very small and hot, despite the air conditioning. What I really didn’t appreciate as an Exercise Physiologist is the fact that I booked this particular hotel to be able to use the gym to rehabilitate a shoulder injury I have (they also advertise guests being able to use the gym in the lifts) and when reception said to go and use it and “someone would let us in”, we instead got a personal trainer with one client telling us he had the gym booked for him and his clients for half the day and we weren’t allowed to use it. Never in my 8 years of working in gyms have I ever seen one trainer and one client claim an entire gym instead of sharing, and I also don’t understand why the paying guests of the hotel wouldn’t get top priority of the space rather than some trainer getting to use it all day to run his business training one person at a time? It’s the equivalent of no hotel guests being able to use the rooftop pool because there is a swim coach up there demanding he use it for swim lessons. I would have booked a different hotel instead of here if they hadn’t advertised the gym space so much, as I wanted to get some rehab exercises in for my injury. Regardless, if you can afford to stay in the main section of the hotel rather than the smaller Dependance section, I would recommend it.

A very dated room with only the shower looking like it’s been touched in the last decade! It is small and basic and really not worth the money, but it’s one of the cheaper hotels in town so it just shows how expensive this town is! A great spot though at the far end of town and great parking. Breakfast was not up to much but acceptable. I wouldn’t hurry back

Durante un viaggio in moto, con la mia fidanzata ho soggiornato a Santa Margherita Ligure. Ho prenotato all'Hotel Regina Elena Dependance nonostante le recensioni non fossero le migliori, perché ad un prezzo più basso rispetto all'Hotel principale offre gli stessi servizi e dispone di un parcheggio privato e custodito (che per noi motociclisti è sempre indispensabile). Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato una camera fresca e rinnovata,senza terrazzino (ma durante la prenotazione telefonica questo è stato ben specificato) e con tutti i servizi di un hotel 4*. Tutto lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, la colazione abbondante. Se devo trovare una nota negativa il parcheggio è un po' caro, ma per lo standard di questa struttura e per la sicurezza della mia moto, è stata una spesa che ho affrontato volentieri! Consiglierei Regina Elena Dependance!

Io e la mia famiglia eravamo alla ricerca di una struttura sul mare, visto che abbiamo un bambino di 4 nni, per trascorre gli ultimi giorni di ferie. La Depandance Regina Elena è stata una scelta perfetta: camera recentemente ristrutturata e pulita, garage per l'auto automatizzato, colazione buonissima e ciliegina sulla torta accesso diretto al lido la Conchiglia. Mi figlio si è divertito tantissimo in spiaggia dove ha conosciuto tanti altri bambini con cui ha giocato dalla mattina alla sera... conseguenza: io e mia moglia ci siamo rilassati e goduti il mare perchè eravamo tranquilli del posto e si riusciva sempre a vedere nostro figlio. Ottima anche la ristorazione : abbiamo sempre pranzato al ristorante della spiaggia e cenato al ristorante dell'Hotel. Complimenti al maitre sempre disponibile e gentile (anche tutto il resto dello Staff della Struttura e della spiaggià super professionale). Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha bamabini e a chi vuole trascorrere una bella vacanza. Dimenticavo: gli amici a quattro zampe sono ospiti ben graditi, infatti al nostro arrivo in camera ci hanno fatto trovare un pet kit: ciotole, sacchettino di crocchete e un simpato porta sacchetti di gomma a forma di osso.
