Bed sheets, pillow cover and towels not clean Poor service.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and it was very dark. I felt a bit scared.

Location of hotel is good and near in the burnham which I think the center of the city. No traffic noise. Cleanliness of the room needs a little bit of improvement. Free breakfast is also good, they will give u 2 breakfast if you avail a room that is good for 2 even you're solo. Hot shower is also working which you need when you stay in the baguio because of the cold weather. Overall 9/10, just the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improve.

location is very good accessible to every one. the room that they reserved for us is not good, the bathroom so exhausted very dirty. we enjoyed the food, our breakfast but . I suggest to the housekeeping manager do some effort to check the rooms before they give to the guest or in a booking.

It was okay. There's just construction uphill. The location is quiet at night. The staff seldom replies especially about the QTP. They don't have someone automatically clean the room and when I asked, the housekeeping services were for next day. I really hope there could be more improvement for the hotel. The breakfast was tasty.

I would like to thank the staff for being so very helpful to my girlfriend and her relatives, for sorting out her triage for her medical to come to australia. There were a few things that she needed to do and the staff were on to this. So many thanks for you kind help. They enjoyed their stay and had a good few days courtesy of my wallet haha. The bathrooms to do with some paint, but everything went perfect and no complaints. I will be back on my next trip to stay there to do some sight seeing.

Deben mejorar las habitaciones, muebles muy antiguos y mal estado que dan un mal aspecto general. No está muy lejos del centro, personal amable.

not too bad but also need to improve they should consider to clean all the sheets b cuz the pillow has a little black dots, I don’t know if that’s the mold and the floor needs to clean as well and we also heard a mouse into the ceiling and thats really bothering if other costumers experiencing that i hope that they can improve and over all is good

When I was looking online for the hotels room, everything was nice to looked at. The moment we check-in everything is dirty, old, dusty,moldy..the only renovated space is their toilet,except the shower. The staff are friendly and accomodating.
