Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und ist eine Suite. Mehr als 30 Quadratmeter. Das Sofa öffnet sich als ein Bett. Das große Bett kann drei Personen schlafen. Auch beim Aufenthalt habe ich ihre Hotels Schokolade geliefert, und das Frühstück ist auch gut. Wifi-Netzgeschwindigkeit ist sehr gut.

We were staying here for San Jose airport convenience. I am looking for a comfortable bed and a clean, quiet room. Success on both counts. The hotel had recently (less than a year) gone thru a complete renovation. So in the bathroom, everything, floor-to-ceiling, had been replaced with new and modern tile, fixtures, etc... Same for the bedroom. All furniture, TV, USB outlets looked just about brand new. I took pictures of the pool and fitness room to remind myself to use them next visit when I have more time. Particularly liked the clean pool, lounge chairs and cabanas. I shopped around and this was a good value. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating while checking in and out.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit schönen Einrichtungen. Ich habe in so langer Zeit nicht so großartige und freundliche Kundenservice erlebt, von der Frontdesk bis zum Reinigungsservice. Celia, Samara, Michael und Janelle waren so erstaunlich mit vielen anderen, nur nicht ihre Namen. Großes Hotel, würde sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben!

Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.

Diesmal ist der Aufenthalt im Hotel selbst kein Problem, alle Aspekte sind ziemlich gut. Der Punkt ist, dass mich die Hotelbuchung sehr unglücklich macht! Als ich die Reservierung machte, dachte ich nur, dass Ctrip es wieder tun würde, und dann erfuhr ich, dass es von einem Dritten vergeben wurde. Woher weiß ich, dass es in Ctrip einen Drittanbieter gibt? Infolgedessen gingen alle Parteien davon aus, dass es sich um eine Entscheidung Dritter handelt, und niemand war verantwortlich.
