EXCELLENT! A combination of amazing flavors and colorful dishes served by really amusing and professional waiters. We ate several starters like “caponatas mix” and “thaam starter” , thereafter “cous cous royal” and “vegetarian cous cous” let us finish with a happy ending. No need to describe them… ALL WONDERFUL Really racommended to couples and families in search of new flavors

Esperienza conturbante! Non ci siamo ancora alzati dal tavolo ma, dopo il dolce da 10 e lode (parfait di datteri e cannella), ho sentito la necessità di condividere la gioia. Abbiamo preso i 4 tipi di cuscus e il kebab di agnello, tutto buonissimo ( l'humus eccezzionale) , sapori equilibrati, da provare il cuscus all'arancia! Ho festeggiato con piacere qui il mio compleanno:)

mi avevano detto che in Sicilia si mangiava bene ma non pensavo così bene. Siamo venuti qui per caso, attraverso le recensioni lette su internet, abbiamo prenotato per quattro persone e ci hanno accolto in maniera gentile. Il cibo è davvero squisito, ci siamo lasciati consigliare e abbiamo fatto benissimo. il prezzo tutto sommato non è alto se si pensa che la qualità è davvero alta.

Passeggiando per le strade della città ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale e attirati dalla proposta ci siamo seduti, e nonostante fossero le 22 passate ci hanno accolto gentilmente. Abbiamo ordinato un mix di cus cus che si è rivelato fantastico. Tutti e 4 i tipi di cus cus erano deliziosi, ognuno aveva la sua unicità. (Verdure, arancia, carne e pesce). La porzione e molto abbondante e il costo contenuto. Alla fine dell' assaggio abbiamo anche chiacchierato col proprietario (?) Che si è rivelato super cordiale e ci ha raccontato del piatto nei dettagli

In bassa stagione, uno dei pochi aperti e con ottimo servizio. Camera pulitissima, accogliente, appena ridipinta in calde tonalità e fornita di riscaldamento utile in queste giornate inaspettatamente fredde. Abbondante colazione preparata dalla signora Piera in ambiente arabeggiante e il patron Paolo, molto gentile e informato sulla sua città. Torneremo per assaggiare anche la cucina con contaminazioni tunisine in occasione del cus cus festival a settembre!

In occasione del couscous Fest anche quest’anno sono andata a cenare in questo locale, il couscous mangiato lì è uno dei migliori di San Vito lo capo, la qualità dei prodotti eccellente, la presentazione dei piatti molto bella vino adeguato ai piatti, anche quest’anno non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo cenato al Thaam e siamo stati consigliati in modo eccellente dal Signor Giuseppe sulla scelta delle pietanze e del vino. Abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo crudo di pesce e dell'ottimo e un ottimo cous cous, vino Grillo. Il locale è accogliente così come tutti quelli che ci lavorano, personalmente consigliatissimo. Pablo.
