RACIST!!!!I had high expectations when I visited this hotel, but my experience was overshadowed by behavior that felt unwelcoming and discriminatory. Upon arrival, I needed to use the restroom and politely asked for directions. Instead of providing assistance, I was asked, “Are you staying at the hotel?” in a tone that felt unnecessary and accusatory. Later, during our meal, the sommelier’s “Ciro” behavior left much to be desired. Unlike other tables, where he took time to explain and introduce the wines, he barely acknowledged us. When I inquired about the wine we had ordered, his curt response was, “I thought the waiter already told you,” accompanied by an eye roll. This dismissive attitude was in stark contrast to the attentive service provided to other diners. For an establishment of this caliber, I expected inclusive, professional, and respectful treatment. Instead, I left feeling deeply disappointed and unwelcome. A Michelin rating should not only reflect the quality of food but also the quality of service and respect for all guests.
