Wir haben im September 4 Nächte im Hotel Lovere verbracht. Gebucht haben wir ein Superior Zimmer mit Seeblick und Halbpension. Positiv gleich am Anfang aufgefallen ist die hoteleigene Tiefgarage - bei der nicht ganz einfachen Parkplatzsituation in Lovere ein echtes Plus. (Für E-Auto Fahrer: Eine Ladesäule ist ca 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt zu finden) Unser Zimmer erfreute uns mit tollem Blick auf den See, die Einrichtung war OK, das Zimmer sehr groß. Zwischen Hotel und Straße befindet sich eine Straße , die tagsüber stark befahren ist, abends wird es etwas ruhiger. Wir konnten bei geschlossenem Fenster immer gut schlafen, für den Fall der Fälle hat das Hotel aber auch Ohropax bereit gelegt. Nicht so schön waren leider unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Personal. Bereits beim Check-In befremdete es uns, dass wir die Hotelhalle betraten, 3 Personen an der Rezeption saßen und niemand uns begrüßte sondern sich gegenseitig anschauten, wer uns denn wohl bedienen würde. Ok, kein Beinbruch, aber kein schöner erster Eindruck. Das Spiel setzte sich während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes fort - kein Gruß, kein freundliches Wort, weder an der Rezeption noch aus dem dahinter liegenden Büro. Die Halbpension gibt es im Restaurant des Hauses, dass auch öffentlich zugänglich ist. Das Essen war lieblos angerichtet und zubereitet, vergleichbar mit Kantinenqualität. Wir haben pro Nacht ca 220 EUR inkl HP gezahlt, da hatte ich denn doch eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Die a la carte Essen der anderen Gäste sahen sehr gut aus, für uns Hotelgäste gab es hier leider eklatante Unterschiede. Zudem haben wir am ersten Abend fast 3 Stunden im Restaurant gesessen, bis wir alle 4 Gänge erhalten haben. Getränkebestellungen mussten wir mehrmals aufgeben, bis wir alles erhalten haben. Da sich das fade, lieblose Essen auch am zweiten Abend wiederholte, haben wir den Rest des Aufenthaltes darauf verzichtet, im Hotel zu essen. Wir haben übrigens -wie auf der Homepage empfohlen - vor unserer Anreise angekündigt, dass mein Mann Vegetarier ist. Ein vegetarisches Menü gab es trotzdem nicht, nur Notlösungen wie ein einfacher Salat oder ein Teller mit Beilagengemüse. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, von daher passend. Die Frühstückskellnerin war die einzige Person, die regelmäßig ein Lächeln für uns Gäste hatte und sehr bemüht - aber leider oft überfordert, so dass permanent etwas auf dem Buffet fehlte. Insgesamt habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Haus und das Personal einfach schlecht geführt ist - wäre für mich OK, wenn es ein Low-Budget Hotel gewesen wäre, aber nicht bei diesen Preisen.

Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Leider deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Ich hatte mir vorher die Bewertungen durchgelesen und daher erwartet, dass das Hotelzimmer zumindest sauber ist. Leider ist es teilweise heruntergekommen und wenn man in die Ecken schaut auch nicht wirklich sauber (Spinnenweben; Staub). Die Lüftung im Bad müsste ebenfalls dringend wieder gereinigt werden. In der Dusche kann man sich kaum bewegen weil diese so klein ist. Die Fugen sind schwarz. Die Zimmer sind verdammt hellhörig also ist hier leider nichts mit ausschlafen/durch schlafen. Man hört die Reinigungskräfte saugen etc. und leider auch während sie sich vor der Tür unterhalten. Neben dem Bett findet man eine Steckdose sowie zwei USB-Ports. Die USB-Ports funktionieren allerdings nicht. Der Self-Checkln hat gut funktioniert. Der Mitarbeiter (den man quasi währenddessen anrufen) kann war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten (Bahn und Fußweg) vom Flughafen und ca. 10 Minuten (Fußweg) vom Bahnhof Bergamo entfernt. Die Anbindung ist gut. Das Bett ist bequem, hierin kann man gut schlafen. Insgesamt lässt sich festhalten, dass das Hotel nichts für anspruchsvolle und auch nichts für jemanden ist, der viel wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Man kann hier übernachten aber man fühlt sich nicht unbedingt wohl dabei.

This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

Einrichtungen: Die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu, mit Verzögerungen beim Anheizen und Ausschalten. Die Heizung im öffentlichen Raum und im Zimmer ist sehr gut, kann man vollständig in einem Einzelkleid im Zimmer Gesundheit: Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr zufrieden Umgebung: Die geografische Lage ist sehr gut, der Fuß zu den Berggipfeln ist sehr nah, nicht weit vom Zentrum der alten Stadt entfernt. Dienst: Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption und des Restaurants war großartig, sehr humorvoll und sehr gut sprechend.

War schon zweimal innerhalb von 3 Monaten da, Bergamo ist wunderschön und das Mercure Palazzo Dolci liegt ideal die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich komme immer wieder gerne nach Bergamo zu den freundlichen Menschen hier.
