I have been to this property several times on my visits to Honduras. Without a doubt is one of the finest Hilton properties in the world. The hotels unique historic presents with the caring and pride of the highly professional staff makes it a truly memorable experience!

I had a brief stay here while passing through San Pedro Sula and as a Gold Honors member with Hilton I was able to use the points I had saved up for a free night. The hotel proactively upgraded me to a slightly nicer room (I think?) which I appreciated. The hotel is indeed a bit dated, particularly in the rooms and more so the bathrooms. However, it was overall quite comfortable, clean and safe. The air conditioning was wonderful considering how hot and sticky the city. Employees especially Martin at the front door were quite friendly and helpful. The beds were up to the Hilton standard which are nice--not as good as InterContinental's beds but still very comfortable. The pool area is actually quite pretty and if I was staying there longer I would probably lounge around it--at least for a while before it gets too hot! While the prices are a bit elevated in my opinion and the hotel could use more remodeling or renovations I overall was pleased with my stay and would recommend it to others.

Cozy and relaxing hotel for any kind of stay. The staff in all the hotel is very friendly and resourceful. Very flexible with our requests and they go out of their way to accommodate us. That pool is mostly hot but refreshing and is has an inviting and beautiful color.

Excellent location and services. The hotel is close to everything you need for a nice stay: restaurants, grocery stores, malls. Security is visible and staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall it’s a great place for short of long stay

This property still embodies what Hilton has taken away from other properties. There is an Executive Lounge and a free breakfast buffet. I was acknowledged as a Diamond member since the moment of check in, and treated like one the entire time I was there.

While my stays were short, I wanted to commend this Hilton properity and it's commitment to the high standards of the Hilton brand. I do an extensive amount of travel and while many properites use COVID as an excuse for poor service, this hotel went beyond and represented Hilton as it was prior to all the COVID lockdowns. I'm certain it wasn't easy, but it our business, it is service to the customer that brings loyality to a brand. Congratulations for your commitment to excellence!! I look forward to a return visit.

HILTON é referência de elevado padrão de conforto em todo o mundo, porém neste hotel, alguns detalhes destoaram deste elevado padrão de qualidade. O café da manhã incluído na diária tinha pouca variedade, e, quando acabava um item você tinha que pedir a um garçom para repor já que a reposição não era automática. Adicionalmente você tinha que "caçar" um garçom para que te fornecessem talheres e guardanapo que não estavam na mesa , por fim, não levavam à mesa o voucher com valor 0 que você tinha que assinar, na realidade era somente para você incluir alguma gorjeta, e você tinha que ir até o caixa, que não ficava próximo à entrada/saída como seria normal. Serviço péssimo!!! O quarto era grande, a cama super confortável, o banheiro com uma boa ducha, inclusive para pessoas altas como eu. No hotel existe academia, piscina e escritório com computador e impressora à disposição dos hóspedes.
