Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett. Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden. Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist. Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

Das Hotel ist für den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut gelegen, da es sehr nahe der ”North Avenue”-Stoppe von MRT3 (die derzeit die letzte Haltestelle auf der MRT3-Line ist, die von dort südlich entlang der EDSA Autobahn führt). Eine weitere öffentliche Verkehrslinie, LRT1, kann auch Fuß erreicht werden, nur dass die nächste Station „Roosevelt“ geschlossen wurde Ende November / Anfang Dezember 2021, so dass es eine Weile dauern wird, um weiter zu gehen bis zur nun endgültigen Haltestelle auf dieser Linie, „Balintawak“. Derzeit wird eine neue Linie in der Nähe des Hotels gebaut, die ich glaube wird namens MRT7, die noch mehr Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (östlich, aus Quezon City / Metro Manila) bietet. Aufgrund des Baus habe ich manchmal Geräusche in der Nacht von außen gehört. In etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß ist der Ninoy Aquino Park, ein ruhiger Ort mit Tieren und Piquenplätze, oder einfach aus dem Stadtgeräusch zu ruhen. Auch der Quezon Memorial Circle, ein weiterer Park, kann zu Freizeitzwecken besucht werden und ist sehr nah am vorgenannten Ninoy Aquino Park. Aufgrund von Covid-19 Messungen, Frühstück –, das im Preis – enthalten war, wurde in das Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotelpersonal war mir freundlich und ich möchte allen des Hotelteams sowie dem Sicherheitspersonal danken. Am Rezeptionstisch wurde ich von Jonna und dem anderen Front-Desk-Personal gut behandelt, für das ich dankbar bin.

Ich hatte wirklich Spaß, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben trotz der Einschränkungen, die durch die Pandemie verursacht wurden. Ralph, der Manager, in diesem Hotel war sehr hilfreich, auch während ich noch in Kanada war und versuchte, meine Hotelreservierung zu buchen/reschemaligen. Er war sehr hilfreich und leicht zu beantworten, wenn ich Bedenken hinsichtlich meiner Reservierung habe. Die Front Desk-Mitarbeiter waren immer glücklich und leicht zu meinen Bedürfnissen zu begegnen, wenn ich sie anrufe. Ich blieb dort 4 Nächte, aber keine Worte können sagen, wie glücklich ich war, dass ich meine Hotelreservierung mit ihnen reserviert habe. Danke.

Wir blieben während 10 Tage Quarantäne: Pros: freundliches Personal. Sie dienen gutes Essen. Cons: Das Hotel ist schlecht, schmutzige Stockwerke und Badezimmer runtergeschlagen. Das Fenster, das zu den Winden führt, hat schmutzige sanitäre Nacktchen. Vermisste Lichtblasen. Stain Wände. Der Fensterdeckel fiel von der Ruhe ab. Die AC hat buchstäblich Eis, so dass es nicht mehr arbeiten und schwer zu schließen. Muschiten im Zimmer. Der Halle riecht Zigaretten rauchen. Es gibt keine AC im Halle. Das falsche Gras im Eingang/Fahrweg ist schmutzig Die Toilette nicht so gut fluss. Wir mussten die Wartung für Hilfe anrufen. Die Hotelwände sind dünn. Kein Aufzug. Keine Fenster in unserem Zimmer (3. Stock) die depressiv ist, dass Sie wissen, sind für 10 Tage quarantisiert, ohne die Außenseite zu sehen. Sie halten die Zimmer nicht sauber und sehr veraltet, was sehr enttäuschend ist. Bleiben Sie woanders!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit frischen Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und Blättern, die erstaunlich sauber und weiß sind. Das WLAN ist hervorragend! Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist verfügbar. Es war nur ein kleiner Glitchno Klimaanlage wurde bereitgestelltaber insgesamt, es war fantastisch! Auch der Preis ist erschwinglich. Jen gab uns einen großen Blick auf die Nachbarschaft vom 20. Stock. Meine Eltern und ich genossen unserem Aufenthalt gründlich. Es machte meinen Urlaub aus dem Ausland erinnerebar. Danke, Jen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Das Hotelzimmer war gut ausgestattet und recht geräumig. Toilettenartikel und Zahnbürstensets waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe des BGC macht es auch einfach, in der Gegend herumzureisen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt hier eine äußerst angenehme Erfahrung.

My experience with this stay was excellent. Although I booked at the last minute, the housekeeper warmly guided me through the check-in process, for which I am very grateful. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how clean the floors were. The facilities are well-equipped, and I appreciated having a kettle for hot water and a hairdryer—both are very convenient, especially for long-term travelers. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber es gab Kakerlaken in dieser Wohnung. Es ist tropisch, also ist das zu erwarten, aber ich musste vor diesem Aufenthalt noch nie mehr als 10 Kakerlaken bei einem Aufenthalt töten. Toller Preis, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber seien Sie sich bewusst, es ist nicht das Ritz! Ich gebe ihm trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil es ein außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist und die Reaktionszeit des Gastgebers ist erstaunlich!
