Alles war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Im Hotel gibt es auch ein Spa und einen Pool. Ein Bademantel und Hausschuhe warten im Zimmer auf Sie. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Frühstück war fantastisch und die Rezeptionisten und Kellner waren sehr freundlich.

Struttura molto calorosa. Lo staff professionale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Le parti comuni sono arredate in modo molto accogliente e moderno. La cosa che mi e' piaciuta di più é la musica di sottofondo molto rilassante . La colazione ha superato le mie aspettative. Tornerò sicuramente !

Fantastische Erfahrung 🤩 Location : schönes Hotel von außen und sehr gepflegt in der Innenstadt, modern und gemütlich. Zimmer : (wunderschönes Panoramazimmer) Ich würde mich die ganze Zeit aus dem Zimmerfenster sehen. Service : effiziente Empfang, sehr freundlich Preis : fair Frühstück : ausgezeichnet ( Bar, Süße, Salat, Früchte und in der Regel auch vorhanden Küche für warme Küchen)

Super Hotel, gute Lage, zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar, die Zimmer sind sauber, Bad neu renoviert. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Stadt und ins Tal ist unglaublich schön. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung, Kaffee, Tee, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, uvm.. Parkplätze stehen am öffentlichen Parkplatz neben dem Hotel zur Verfügung, wir hätten vom Balkon aus sogar Sicht auf unser Auto. Parkplatz kostet für Hotelgäste 4 Euro am Tag und ist bar direkt bei der Ausfahrt zu bezahlen.

We stayed in SM for one night. We wish we could have stayed two to enjoy our Montefeltro suite a bit more. The hotel is in a great location. We took one of the taxis waiting outside the train station that took us right up to where the hotel is. There is a steep climb to get to the hotel entrance, but that's SM. It was disappointing to see that there were three young men at the reception desk and not one bothered to help us with the suitcases as we entered the hotel and went down three steps. They just stood there and watched us. That's something management may want to address at some point. The room was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Great shower and comfortable bed. Amazing view from the terrace that we enjoyed very much. You have your own elevator to access the room that will open right in front of the door. It had another door by the stairs as well. We had dinner at the hotel that night and really enjoyed it. They reserved by the window. We asked the hotel to reserve a taxi for us early next morning for 8:00am. We received an email that it was going to arrive from 7:45am-8:00am. But the reception staff told us it was coming at 7:30am. We questioned them several times because that's not what we had requested nor agreed to. They were very short in their response and a bit dismissive. So we rushed through breakfast that opened at 7:00am. We were downstairs with our luggage at 7:25am. The young man at the desk took our suitcases down to the area where we had to stand and wait which was the open street where we had been dropped off the day before. So we stood outside in the very cold early morning until our taxi arrived at 7:45am. The very professional driver in the Mercedes confirmed that our pick up was at 7:45am. A bit of disappointment from the way this was handled and the lack of customer service. But they do have a great location and product to offer. We may never return to SM, but if we do, we will stay here again and handle the transportation arrangements all on our own.

Ottimo, il giusto mix per chi vuole stare in campeggio in mezzo alla natura, abbiamo soggiornato in uno chalet rustico di legno, dispone di una cucina, patio fuori dallo chalet, una splendida piscina, fattoria con animali e di attività di animazione. Il ristorante offre ottimi piattiti tipici della Romagna. Un po’ lontano dalle mura di San Marino ma credo che per il prezzo valga la pena provare. Abbiamo già prenotato per Ferragosto e abbiamo deciso di fare tappa tutti gli anni per almeno una settimana.

Dieses familienbetriebene Hotel besticht durch seine Lage, von der Dachterrasse kann man im Liegestuhl die Burg anschauen, man kann aber auch zur anderen Seite ins Tal blicken und den geschwungenen Appeninbergketten mit dem Auge folgen. Wenige Treppenstufen aufwärts ist man beim ersten Burgmauerntor und danach auch tatsächlich in der ersten Burg. Gleichzeitig ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, der kleine Garten schafft eine gute Atmosphäre. Zu den diversen Restaurants und den zentralen Plätzen der Altstadt ist es zu Fuß auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, aber bestens ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist sehr edel und bestens verarbeitet. Die Schübe der Regale laufen wie geölt. Der Service der Besitzerfamilie ist außerordentlich freundlich und zugewandt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, auch das Frühstück bietet frisches Obst, Joghurt und genug Aufstrichvarianten. Mit anderen Worten: Ich hätte nichts Besseres vor Ort finden können - und das zu einem moderaten Preis.
