In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Supermärkte und Star Dad. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant, das von Kantonesen eröffnet wurde. Die Gerichte sind im Allgemeinen groß, aber teuer, und drei Leute essen schnell neunzig Dollar. Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn keine Besessenheit von chinesischem Essen besteht. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist nicht schlecht. Wenn die Anforderungen nicht hoch sind, ist es in Ordnung, genug zu essen. Schließlich ist das alte Frühstück einfach. Nachdem ich zwei Tage geblieben war, stand ich auf, um mich für ein Bad am nächsten Tag vorzubereiten, und stellte fest, dass es kein heißes Wasser gab. Der Parkplatz ist riesig, 17 Dollar pro Nacht.

Ctrip reicht auch. Ursprünglich hatte ich bei Booking bereits ein Zimmer eingestellt. Ich habe gesehen, dass Ctrip viel billiger ist, und habe die Buchung zurückgezogen. Das sogenannte Zimmer mit Meerblick, das dem Laden über Ctrip zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, ist jedoch ein Zimmer in einem Zimmer, und die TV-Wand des anderen Zimmers ist das Bett unseres Zimmers. Der Fernseher und andere Geräusche im Nebenzimmer sind deutlich zu hören, was den Schlaf stark beeinträchtigt. Am nächsten Tag kann ich nur das Zimmer wechseln. Es ist nicht das Balkonzimmer mit Meerblick. Ich hatte mich lange vor und nach dem Umkleiden geworfen und war immer noch schlecht gelaunt. Gleichzeitig erhielt der Check-out auch ein 142-Messer ”Hotel Tax”. Diese Steuerbestellung ist nicht verfügbar. Können Sie sie zurücksenden?

Das war unser erstes Aufenthalt in diesem neu renovierten “sister” Hotel im Condado Plaza Hotel über die Straße. Ich kann einfach sagen, dass das die beste Hilton Garden Inn war, in der ich verblieben habe. Die Lage ist genau wie Sie in den Condado-Abschnitt von San Juan östlich von den Kreuzfahrtschiffen oder am Ende, wenn Sie vom Flughafen ankommen (ein 24-Dollar Taxifahrt). Es ist etwas ruhiger als das Herz des Condado. Das ganze Hotel ist glaming ein schönes Luftlobby, das sich in den Poolbereich, ein Frühstücksrestaurant und ein Barbereich öffnet. Wir haben auf eine Upgrade in ein hohes Ecke Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf den Ozean (Bild beigefügt) mit einem Umschlag um den Balkon gearbeitet. Das Zimmer wurde gut eingerichtet und definitiv aus dem vorherigen Grundstück upgradiert. Das wird unser neuer Lieblingspunkt sein, wenn wir durch San Juan auf dem Weg zu Abenteuern weiter. Das einzige negative ist der Straßenlärm auf der Seite des Hotels, aber es wurde durch die Sicht in meiner ödmlichen Meinung ausgeglichen.

This was the perfect hotel for my first visit to San Juan, and I can't wait to return. Me & my mom came to celebrate my moms Birthday. And mentioning it doing check in, we were given a couple of Birthday drinks to redeem before we left the hotel to celebrate the occasion. Thanks Sylviani & Sabilya. Awesome & Professional at all times! The staff treated us well. I liked the fact that the hotel provided shuttle service to and from Old San Juan & to one of the close by beaches. Our view from the 5th floor was great also. We could see the pool & the water fountain across the street. They were both beautiful with the different colored lights at night The location was great, and a lot of things to do within walking distance. T-Mobile district was a 2 minute walk. ******, 5 minute walk. Make sure you get pictures in front of the I love PR sign that's close by. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

Das erste Zimmer, das wir in waren, war zu klein und der Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Wir konnten kaum schlafen und die Betten sind voll groß, nicht Königin Größe. Ich frage drei Leute, ob ich mein Zimmer ändern kann. Ich habe den Run umher gefahren, endlich fand ich jemand, der helfen könnte. Ich habe ein wenig Geld dafür gezahlt, mein Zimmer zu aktualisieren. Wir hatten nur einen Zimmerservice einmal in den sieben Tagen, die wir dort geblieben haben. Ich habe um Service gebeten und der Empfangsmann sagte mir, dass sie den Menschen, die dort über drei Tage bleiben, Priorität geben. Ich habe DIE ZEHN DAYS BUCHT 🤬. Ich musste jeden Tag Handtücher befragen, wenn Sie nicht die Zimmer reinigen, zumindest reine Handtücher in das Zimmer. Dieser COVID Bull über nicht Reinigungszimmer ist BS. kaufen Sie nicht das Frühstücksbuffet. Bestellen Sie einfach das Menü aus und sparen Sie ein paar Gelder. Wir werden nicht wieder da bleiben.

Das Hotel war schwer zu betreten, aber es war es wert für die Party das ganze Wochenende. Die Jungs am Frontbüro sind sehr freundlich, vor allem Curdero mit viel Geduld und Lächeln. Das Restaurant war sehr seltsam, die Wächter gab ihr Bestes sowohl am Frühstück als auch am Abendessen. Es waren wenige für so viele Leute, Sie mussten auf den Tisch warten, aber hervorragende Arbeit. Eine Beobachtung, der Aufsichtsbeamte muss seine Mitarbeiter besser unterstützen, deshalb entlassen sie sich. Am Morgen ging ich nur rund und rund und es half nichts, und am Abend, als wir das gleiche Abendessen hatten, war eins in einem blauen T-Shirt am Sonntag mit den Gastgebern sprechen. Wir liebten unser 1-Nacht-Unterkunft hier. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich groß und perfekt für unsere Familie von 4. Die Lage war zentraler, so dass wir einfach um die Gegend gehen konnten. Das Dekor durch die Ausgabe war lustig, farbig und hatte einige interessante Details. Die Zimmer sind mit einem großen Zimmer ausgestattet. Als wir ein wenig verloren versuchten, unser Zimmer zu finden, kam ein Gentleman zu unserem Rettungsdienst und begleitete uns in unser Zimmer sogar mit unserem Gepäck! Leider für mich wachte ich am nächsten Morgen mit einem Problem mit meinem Auge. Ich musste sofort medizinische Hilfe bekommen. Die Frau am Frontdesk war eine gewaltige Hilfe, um den richtigen Arzt zu finden, um mich zu besuchen und direkt mit dem Büro gesprochen, um meine Situation zu erklären. Leider habe ich nicht ihren Namen bekommen, aber sie rettete den Tag!

Das Personal war mehr als hilfreich, von der zweiten, die wir in Lewis gelaufen haben, begrüßte uns sofort mit Getränken (freie offene Bar) und gab uns große Tipps, wie wir unseren Urlaub beginnen. Vorteile: Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und der Service ist sehr gut. Obwohl es nicht jeden Tag eine große Auswahl zum Frühstück gibt, werden die Eier alle frisch zubereitet. Abends gibt es Cocktails und verschiedene Snacks. Im Grunde müssen Sie nur alleine essen gehen.
Nachteile: 1. Das Hotel liegt nicht am Meer. Zum hoteleigenen Strand muss man ca. 5 Minuten laufen. Die Landschaft ist von durchschnittlicher Qualität.
2. Das Hotel erhebt eine Resortgebühr von 35 USD pro Nacht, was nicht so günstig ist.
Insgesamt fühlt es sich nach einer guten Wahl an.

GGastnutzerEs ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit vielen Orten zu essen in einem Spaziergang sowie ein Filmtheater, ein Gemüsegeschäft und eine Apotheke auf der Straße. Es verfügt über ein schönes Restaurant und Dachpool, die sehr entspannt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen Eishersteller, großes Tauchbad und Kühlschrank. Die einzigen Dinge, die ich verbessern würde, sind die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern - sie ist etwas dämlich, wenn Sie etwas Arbeit tun müssen - sie haben nur Lampen und ein kleines Akzentlicht im Deckel - zumindest in dem Zimmer, in dem ich war. Das Bad im Zimmer war sehr klein - konnten nicht den Zahnbürsten, Rasor, etc. wie die meisten Tauchen auf. Das sind kleine Unannehmlichkeiten - im Allgemeinen ist es ein sehr schöner Ort zu bleiben, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage war großartig.

Die verwendeten Waschmittel von avida sind nicht schlecht. Der Hotel Strandpool ist sehr komfortabel. Viele Tee und Bar können jederzeit mit der Sonne essen und trinken, das Hotel ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Geschäftsviertel Condado besonders gut. Es ist erstaunlich und das chinesische Essen ist gut.

GGuest UserWir blieben zwei Nächte im Fortaleza während unseres Familienurlaubs. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer mit viel Platz für alle sechs von uns, um etwas Privatsphäre zu haben. Die Küche war riesig und wir haben dort 2 leckere Familiengerichte zubereitet. Es gibt Balkone, die die alten San Juan Straßen übersehen. Es gibt viele Standorte, Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß, so dass die Lage in Old San Juan perfekt für diejenigen, die in der Nähe der Unterkunft bleiben möchten. Wir sind früh am Morgen angekommen und konnten unsere Gepäck für den Tag aufbewahren, während wir um die Stadt gingen. Der Nebenteil ist der Parkplatz nicht vor Ort, aber es ist in einer Garage in einem Spaziergang.

GGuest UserGlücklich, dieses ikonische Hotel nach der Nachfolge von Maria und der doppelten Whammy der Pandemie wieder in seine Herrlichkeit zu sehen. Das Hotel und die Einrichtungen sind großartig, aber sie übertreiben die konstante Salsa-Musik. Am Wochenende am Abend gibt es eine kleine Band in der Bar, die Latein und Salsa Musik so laut spielen, dass es überwältigend ist. Es ist laut zum Punkt, dass man eine Gespräche ohne Schreien führen kann. Es ist großartig, dass Menschen tanzen und sich selbst genießen, aber das Musikvolumen ruiniert die Atmosphäre für die anderen. Um die Dinge am Morgen schlimmer zu machen, gehen Sie in der Lobby Starbucks für einen Kaffee, aber es gibt nicht ein Gebiet in der schönen tropischen und offenen Lobby, um den Kaffee zu genießen, da es überall Sprecher mit konstanter Stimme und eher laut Salsa Musik gibt. GGuest UserDas Hotel ist wunderbar, aber das Front Desk Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Wir blieben hier 3 Nächte lang und hatten einen späten Flug und fragten, ob wir unser Zimmer bis 3 Uhr behalten können und wir wurden nicht einmal eine Stunde spät auschecken.Es ist ein tolles Hotel, aber das hat wirklich einen bitteren in meinen Mund gelegt. Die Zimmer waren schön und die Lage ist gut.

DDermasLa Terraza is a nice boutique hotel in old San Juan and located great. We had a balcony suite, and it was surprisingly clean and spacious. We had to ask for towels each day, but those at the desk were very kind about getting us what we needed. The pool looked like a large infinity in the picture, but really it was a tiny wading pool...the rooftop terrace was lovely and inviting for a midnight rendezvous. We wish the bar was open or the drink machine worked, and it would've been nice.
The breakfast was delightful and homemade...and there was always coffee or tea available.
I would definitely stay here again for its quaintness and location. We had a fine stay.

GGuest UserHere’s a brief summary of our family’s stay at Comfort Inn, San Juan for five days in August 2022. The GOOD – Location: It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the hotel offers complimentary beach towels, sun umbrellas, and lounge chairs for your use. There’s also a Cartier store at the end of the block, so you’re in a decent part of town, and there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance; Rooms: Our room was clean and bright. It looks like it had been renovated in the not-too-distant past. Good water pressure, nice TV, clean linen, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; Breakfast: There are some nice options included in the breakfast. Hot items (cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, country potatoes), cereal, make-it-yourself waffles, pastries, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, clementine oranges), yogurt, and a variety of juices; Hotel pool: It’s small but very nice. In addition to the pool, there’s also a hot tub for the adults and a kids’ wading pool. Lots of lounge chairs and towels. Fitness center: It has nice equipment and is in good condition, located by the pool; Housekeeping staff: We interacted with several members of the housekeeping staff and they were all extremely helpful and friendly. High marks in that department! The BAD – Parking: Technically, there is a parking lot at the hotel but it only holds about eight cars, at best. Beyond that, you’ll need to park in a garage down the street for about $20/night. The hotel was in the process of repaving the parking lot while we were there but I don’t think it will result in adding any additional spaces; Flooding: The street on two sides of the hotel flooded to a depth of about 8 inches twice during the five days we were there. Not sure what causes it, but it’s apparently an ongoing issue. If you want to get past the flooding, you have to get creative on how to access the front door. Not impossible, but also not ideal. The DEHUMIDIFIER – The first night we were there, we woke up in the morning to find that the floor in our room was WET. Not damp, but WET. As in, a “Maybe we should go look for a mop” kind of wet. It was at that point that we noticed a dehumidifier under the desk in the room. The digital readout read, “Current humidity: 85%”. I don’t doubt it. Once I turned the dehumidifier on, we left it on for the remainder of our stay. It did help IMMENSELY but we had to empty the bucket in the dehumidifier down the shower drain about twice a day, so it was an ongoing process. We also noticed a dehumidifier in the hallway so humidity is apparently an issue there as well. SUMMARY – Overall, we were happy with our stay. The amenities are nice and the price isn’t bad, considering the prices of other hotels in the same vicinity. Parking isn’t ideal and neither is the flooding. And as long as you don’t mind keeping up with the dehumidifier, the room is pleasant to stay in. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles, but there’s not a lot that seems lacking either.

SSeñor GringoGreat, convenient location if U want to explore Santurce/Miramar by just walking. 4 blocks away is Ciudadela which has a 24 hr Pueblo, Planet Fitness, & Mercado La Carreta cafe. Directly across for Ciudadela is a food truck food court called Lote 23 (very tasty, interesting mix). Also don't miss Abracadaba brunch & local coffee spot 787 Coffee. Also couple of good Mex restaurants on Ave José de Diego. U can use this same road to walk to Condado beach 🏖️ area, approx 15 minutes. There are also electric 🛴 on the sidewalks for rent.
Right next to hotel just down hill is La Casona (beautiful garden restaurant & fine dining). Just across street from this,on Avenida Juncos, is Burrillos Santurce; a really tasty & very good prices casual Mex 🌯 spot (order at counter & sit). 3 min walk....
Even though location is excellent, the hotel itself is definitely budget. No significant amenities, small rooms & even smaller bathrooms. Water pressure on low side. Rooms have flat panels & cable (didn't use though). AC as much nicer, quiet split type units, worked very well. Small rooms also much easier & quicker to cool. Kinda old, outdated & funky (but also a lot of character), but if U just need a functional place to crash, the room prices are very very good! $65-80/night vs $400 ?!? Also has 1 self serve laundry wash n dry machines. In lobby is a small cafe-type seating area. Free wifi, but kinda slow. Depending on room location, there can be noise issues. Rooms directly above the Asia di Lima restaurant's exhaust fan (on Calle San Jorge side) should keep windows closed btwn 4-11pm to minimize cooking exhaust odors.
Anyway... would definitely stay here again; especially if the room rates ate below $80/day. And don't really need a lot of fluff; not on vacation to hang out in tiny room or hotel property. If U want the resort experience... Caribé Hilton, Vanderbilt, La Concha, or Sonesta or El San Juan in Isla Verde... but you're paying $300-800/night !!
If U stay here, don't be shy! Get out & walk around as much as possible... you'll be surprised by all the off-the-beaten path cool stuff you'll find. A much more authentic 🇵🇷 experience!

GGuest UserIch habe einige negative Berichte über dieses Hotel, vor allem wegen Covid gehört. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen vom besiegten Weg entfernt. Sie bieten ein schönes Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis. Unsere einzigen Fragen waren ein Teppich, das brauche röhliches und ein Thermostat, das Aufmerksamkeit erfordert, da wir die Ak wechseln oder aus. Das Hotel ist in einem Bereich, der nach dem Abschluss neu entwickelt wird es ein vollwertiges Hotel. Ich würde nicht zögern, dort ein Zimmer zu buchen.
