I would like to start by saying that I very seldom write reviews on properties. However, I’ve found that in my ten years of traveling for business, it is very helpful for others like me. I booked a stay for 12 nights at this location. Mainly due to proximity to the airport, downtown, and my new job. I’ve been traveling for work to and from the Bay Area, San Jose, for the last four years. It has become increasingly difficult to find a stay within a reasonable price range that is also clean and safe, without you having to “sell your soul” (leases, background checks, etc). When you own multiple properties you try to prevent having to lease anything else unless you’re okay the location full-time, all year. With that being said, I fly in once a month for work. My flight arrived around midnight, I was given a room that is located on the back of the building. All of the buildings are outside, it’s a long walk from the front lobby (main entrance). The main entrance locks after hours and you have to ring a bell for entrance. I was given a map, and with my three suitcases on a luggage cart, I’m waking outside at 12:30 am trying to find my room. It’s pitch black, no one in site, very creepy, and I can’t find the room. Also, the almost every sidewalk nearby has a climb instead of a rollaway for the cart so I just take the “extra long” route just to get my luggage in. I called the front desk to tell them I was lost, couldn’t find the room, and the nice lady offers to send security to help me. I declined bc by the time he arrived, I would have been standing in the dark for ten minutes. Upon entry into the room…their was a horrible odor. Most hotels with carpet, it’s just a given that it’s cleaned frequently or it wreaks of sn old musty odor. So, that’s what I got. A pissy, strong, odor it almost smelled as if a pet was in the room. And, then the odor was overpowered with carpet freshener. My eyes started to tear up from my allergens. I requested another room the next day. Same thing. Both rooms were on the first floor. This next room es actually inside of a building but it smelled worse. I came to terms with this being my reality for 12 nights. I drive to the nearest store, purchased cleaning supplies, swept the floor, mopped, wiped all of the dusty furniture down with Lysol products. Opened the windows to allow air in hopes of eliminating the odor. I finally showered and tried to get some rest before my Night Shift. I could not sleep. I slept two hours. The building is super noisy. You could hear the doors opening, closing in the rooms next to mine, shower running, etc. The couch and furniture was dirty, anything with cloth smelled bad. The doors, walls, has smudge and grime on them. Closet shelves and racks were full of dust. Mood and dust were in the bathroom vents in the ceiling. Anything this filthy just makes my sinuses act up and u can’t breathe the same air. I am extremely disappointed I paid $1700 for a 12- night stay here. Hilton has to do better! Th

Das Zimmer ist super groß und es ist ein Suite. Es gibt ein Sofabett im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine Küche, die mit elektrischer Leitung ausgestattet ist. Es gibt kein Problem mit dem Kochen. Es ist fast das Frühstück, es kann im Zimmer gemacht werden. Parken Sie selbst am Parkplatz, um die Code zu bezahlen, 24 Stunden und 20 Dollar.

Location is great near main roads/highways in/out of the area. Staff was super helpful in answering any questions, following through on requests, etc. (especially Linda, she is awesome). Has food locations on site (including Starbucks) and a small gift/supplies shop. Plenty of room, it's a good size venue. If anything, the decor and ambiance is a bit dated and needs updating. But the room was big, the mattress was comfy, and the view from upper floor was good. Good experience overall and would recommend for sure as an affordable option in the area. Note that it is a long way from Levi's Stadium, and you need to take either a car (don't recommend that because the parking/driving situation at the stadium is insane), Uber/Lyft (very expensive but it gets you semi-close, with some blocks to walk remaining), or light rail (very close by, super cheap, but very crowded).

This has been our go to hotel for the San Jose area. Close to the airport with shuttle service. This time a bit of the hotel was under renovation so things were a bit different. Breakfast was in a separate conference room building but the selection was still good. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: (1) We didn't care for the shower heads - restrictor head creates thin and almost stinging experience. No adjustments are possible. (2) Housekeeping was requested every two days but we did not receive the service during our 4 nights there. I had to go to front desk for extra washcloths, some hand soap and I found a housekeeper down the hall to empty our full trash cans.

Ich kam für eine High School-Treffen und da ich hier vorhin war, wollte ich hier nochmal bleiben. Die Frau am Frontbüro war freundlich und einladend, und da ich ein Marriott-Mitglied bin, wurde mir auf Antrag ein großes Zimmer auf einem hohen Stock und von dem Aufzug entfernt. Geräumiges Zimmer, große AC/Wärme-Einheit, und die Küche war hilfreich, da ich vier Tage lang da war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig! Jeden Tag etwas anderes. Es kümmerte sich nicht viel um die Pastaauswahl, aber es funktionierte. Echt guter Kaffee!!! Jeder Mitarbeiter, den ich getroffen habe, war freundlich und ein paar fragten, ob ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte. Ich mag wirklich hier bleiben, wenn ich in San Jose bin. Es ist so nah am Flughafen, aber Sie können die Flugzeuge nicht hören! Ich nahm zwei frühe Morgenspuren langs den Flussweg, und da konnten Sie die Flugzeuge hören! Absolut wert, auf zu bleiben!

After a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

A new and nice hotel you will love it! we are very happy to meet the staff Leanne , she is so professional , friendly and helpful and make us feel like home! Highly recommended!

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und die geografische Lage ist auch sehr bequem, aber das Parken ist schwieriger, der Eingang zum Untergrundgarage wird ohne Vorsicht verpasst. Das Wasserschlauchdesign des Zimmers ist nicht gut, es wird oft verblassen

Nach einem sehr, sehr langen Reisetag entdeckten wir, dass unsere Reservierung in einem anderen Hotel “verloren” war. Glücklicherweise, der Westin mehr als für ihn gemacht. Vera und Abigail am Frontdesk gingen oben und darüber, um unseren Aufenthalt zu einem tollen zu machen. Sie boten uns sofort an, uns zu prüfen oder ein bisschen auf ein geräumigeres Zimmer warten. Wir haben gewählt, um zu warten. Sie haben unsere Gepäck effizient gelagert, während wir schnell gehen, bevor wir in unser fabulöses Zimmer zurückkehren. Geburtstag gerettet! Ill Fornaio’s Frühstück war ein weiteres Hauslauf. Es war so gut, dass wir eine Woche später wieder zurückgekehrt waren, um das ausgezeichnete Essen und Service noch einmal zu genießen, bevor wir nach Nashville fahren. Die Väter waren ebenso hilfreich. Danke, Vera und Abigail! Wir werden wieder sein. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room 1517 was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a good job. Temperature controls are very easy to change and there was a refrigerator, coffee maker and a complimentary bottle of water. I love using the Marriott app to get my room key on my phone and bypass the front desk. It makes things very convenient. This hotel is a short walk to the Convention Center VTA light rail station that I was able to use to travel to and from the San Jose Airport. One issue I noticed though is that the in-room safe was not bolted to the cabinet. Anybody can literally just pick it up and carry it out of the room (which basically defeats the purpose of safe).
