Das Hotel war schön, die Lage ist fantastisch und ich hatte ein renoviertes Zimmer, das ok war. Der Service im Hotel war furchtbar, das Einchecken war mehr als furchtbar, die verantwortliche Person war sehr unhöflich und schien einige der üblichen Abläufe beim Einchecken oder Behandeln eines Gastes nicht zu kennen. Ich bin ein Vielreisender und habe in verschiedenen Hotels aller Art übernachtet, aber meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war wirklich schlecht, und zwar nur wegen des Service, den ich von diesem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bekam.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, da es in der Nähe vieler netter Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten war. Hotelparkplatz ist zu teuer, einfach woanders parken.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Lage war perfekt, gleich neben Macys und Saks, umgeben von zahlreichen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf.

Absolut perfektes Hotel. Unübertroffener Service, brillante Lage, direkt am Union Square, der sehr zentral zum Einkaufsviertel und zu Restaurants usw. liegt. Auch praktisch für U-Bahnstationen. Die Zimmer sind zu einem hohen Standard eingerichtet und sehr sauber

Die Einrichtung war unglaublich, die Lobby war sehr elegant und das kleine Café, das sie hatten, servierte ziemlich gute Pasta. Die Zimmer waren schön, ein Standard-Hotelzimmer, aber das Beste war die Lage, man konnte überall hinlaufen oder die BART nehmen, die nur ein paar Blocks entfernt war.

The location of this hotel is great. It’s a very well kept historic hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet (costs extra but is a nice treat) and the staff were all friendly. We did get a little lost finding our room seeing how there are two towers so some direction in that department would have been nice. There is also no complementary drinking water in the room which was odd. Overall I would go back.

Very great location and spacious room. The check-in is smooth and staff is so nice here.

It’s my second time back in this hotel but this time I got to stay at the Landmark room. The room is spacious, as usual the location is superb! Just at Union Square, walking distance to Chinatown and as well to the cable car. $25 daily for the fees is mandatory to be paid but you will get in return of a daily credit for that amount and two steel bottles and two cable car ticket one way! Amenities is superb, bed is amazingly comfortable!

It was just before Christmas we arrived, the hotel was decorated with loads of festive celebrations. Loved the stay & the location a lot!

I stayed in an older room so decor was a bit tired and I found some crumbs. Watch out for the USD25/day destination fee. You can get it back by taking up the 2 cable tickets, and spending the credit in the cafe and restaurants. Apart from the above gripes, it was a nice stay in a Historic hotel in superb location. However would try another hotel if I was to be in San Francisco again.

Location is perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and amenities, and the cable car stops right infront of the hotel. The hotel itself feels and looks old, room was okay and bathroom was huge.

Was disappointed with the USD $25 daily destination fee. From my check it is not imposed by the state so it must be imposed by the hotel. I was asked to speak to the manager to try to waive the fee but she said it’s mandatory. You decide if it’s fair? It certainly left a bad taste.

Very professional staffs and a clean facility throughout. Very convenient location to get around.
