Es gibt drei Hauptprobleme. Zum einen gibt es kein heißes Wasser zum Baden, so dass Sie nur duschen können, was für Leute, die gerne schwimmen, nicht bequem ist. Zweitens ist es zu nahe am Flughafen, laut, schlechte Erholung, es ist nicht einfach, ein Taxi vom Hotel zu nehmen, und das Stadtzentrum ist unpraktisch. Das dritte ist, dass die Hotelangestellten nachts nicht im Dienst sind und niemand im Notfall ist. Andere, wie der Hotelservice und die Umgebung, sind alle gut!

Glückliche Erfahrung auf Beautiful San Andres Diese Reise war unser erstes Mal in Kolumbien und unser erstes Mal in San Andres. In der ersten Nacht reservierten wir und blieben an einem anderen Immobilien am Südwesten der Insel. Das Hotel Casa Hendaus hat uns gefunden. Wir dachten, es wären keine ”netten” Plätze mehr, wenn wir unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft reservieren. Wir fanden und reservierten Casa Hendaus nur Stunden nach der Erkenntnis der anderen Lage nicht funktionieren würde. Im Übrigen ist Englisch meine erste Sprache. Der Abendmanager spricht nicht Englisch, aber war geduldig, als ich meine Bedürfnisse in Basisspanisch erläuterte. Ein Blick war alles, was es dauerte! Von der Lobby bis zum 2. Stockpool Lounge bis zum oberen Stock Frühstücksbereich, ist das ganze Eigentum schön. Über schöne ...glücklich. Man kann schnell begreifen, dass JEDES Element des Grundstücks von einem gedankenhaften menschlichen Wunsch betrachtet wurde, dass Sie glücklich fühlen. Erleben Sie das Grundstück für sich selbst. Treffen Sie Rebecca, der Tagesmanager, der in Englisch flüssig ist. Ihre Empfehlungen waren so hilfreich! Von Abendessen Optionen bis zu Taxis half sie uns, wann immer wir es brauchten. Jeden Morgen treffen Sie die Morgenpersonal, die Ihr Essen im Penthouse Frühstücksbereich bereitet und serviert. Treffen Sie Ihre Zimmerbetreuer, die Ihren Zimmer treu wieder in eine komfortable Zustand, um Sie am Ende des Tages zu empfangen. Auch treffen Sie die Grundstücke Person und Wartung Person, sowohl sorgfältige Pflegekräfte der Grünland und Eigentum. Ich hatte sogar die Freude, den Besitzer zu treffen. Sie können hier in 20 Minuten vom Flughafen laufen. Wenn es keine Schleife gibt, können Sie in 5 Minuten da sein! Aber eine 5-minütige Taxifahrt für sicher. Der Strand und der Bordwandelplatz sind ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Innenstadt oder El Centro ist ca. 30 Minuten. Der Ozean und der Sonnenuntergang sind die Tür, links, 7 Minuten entfernt. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt!!!

I write this after a very traumatic experience. I await a full refund from hotel and *******. No update as of yet. Disheartening. Hello Roselle, Thank you for the update. I appreciate your efforts in working on my refund request with Nattivo Collection Hotel. I want to provide more context on the situation, which was extremely distressing and led to me cutting my trip short. I checked in at 3 pm on August 5th and went to sleep early as I wasn’t feeling well. In the middle of my first night, someone entered my room without any announcement of who they were. I screamed loudly, startled them, and the safety latch blocked their full entry. They shut the door without saying a word. This incident left me feeling extremely threatened and unable to sleep. At 4 am, I booked a return flight to end the vacation I had planned, feeling too scared to stay any longer. The next morning, I explained the situation to the hotel staff and recorded the encounter. Initially, they did not seem shocked or apologetic, only starting to take me seriously when I said I needed to leave due to feeling unsafe. They eventually called me a taxi to the airport as I needed to leave in 20 minutes to make my flight. They stated they’d give me a full refund but I needed to speak to *******. After an investigation, the later explained that it was a supervisor who had entered my room. They showed me the camera footage and admitted it was an error. The person who entered my room never announced themselves and did not respond to my screams, which would have been the correct action to reassure me. Instead, I was left terrified, thinking someone might be waiting for me outside my room. Why would a supervisor need to enter a room at that time? They said they thought it was empty. If that’s the case, why did they knock? As a woman traveling alone, this experience was incredibly traumatic. It is unacceptable for anyone, especially hotel staff, to enter a guest’s room in the middle of the night without proper identification and communication. This incident raises serious concerns about safety and security at the hotel. I find it highly unusual that a supervisor would not immediately contact the front desk after they heard he screaming during the attempted entry, to ensure the startled guest was informed it was a hotel employee and reassured about the situation. I hope the hotel and ******* values the safety of its customers, especially women traveling alone, and will fix the situation and offer a refund immediately. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I was scheduled to stay in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights it was q group of 9 of us with 5 rooms. As soon as we arrived to the main entrance, noticed the building was a bit run down. As we approach the from door it was full of hand prints and dirty. We gave it the benefit of the doubt. We received our room keys and the nightmare began. My room specifically was the worst of all. It had mold, on the walls and sticky smell coming out the air conditioner. The curtains were dirty and full of mold, the bathroom was dirty it previous guess hair all over. The furniture you can see the dust from far. I requested to be changed to another room and the answer was, we at full capacity. We decided to have some drinks by the bar, and the fridge where the ice is kept dirty, the pool chairs all dirty full of mold and broken. I immediately called my travel agent cause I didn’t want to spend one more second at this place. Unfortunately we wouldn’t find a hotel with 5 rooms available until next morning. I didn’t sleep in my room cause it was un breathable. I spoke with a manager next morning and offer to show her all the pictures I have from everything I was complaining and she just stated- I believe you. I was promise a refund except for the night we stayed there. I’m still waiting for the refund. Please see the pictures.
