Front desk took down requests for room to be cleaned and for bringing up new towels but did not come through on either of these two requests after taking a note on a piece of paper.

If you need something near to the downtown or Delta center, this hotel could be for you. Facilities are old but it's clean; you receive what you paid.

Front office staff were helpful. There was a free drinks and snacks section downstairs which was nice. Showers were very strong and took no time to heat up. The one downside is the big factory next door that starts chugging loudly at 4:30 am everyday. It was really loud.

If you're looking for somewhere in the heart of downtown, this is it. For the price you pay, the service is great and the room feels spacious. Beds were comfy! Only down side is how the bathrooms were on the smaller end. But otherwise, no complaints!
