Here’s my detailed experience: What I liked: • The bedsheets and pillows were white and clean, which I greatly appreciated. Cleanliness in bedding is a top priority for me, and they delivered on that. • The rain shower had good water pressure, making for a relaxing experience. • The room lighting and color scheme were well thought out, creating a pleasant ambiance. • The location was convenient, and the counter service was satisfactory, with staff being polite and responsive. Areas for Improvement: • Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell which dissipated after some time but left a poor first impression. • The towels were old and not as white and clean as expected. • The provided water bottles were refillable instead of sealed, which might not appeal to all guests concerned about hygiene. • Furniture showed signs of ageing, giving the room a slightly worn-out feel. • Cleaning standards for the bathroom and room floor were average at best. I had to mop the floor again myself to feel comfortable. • The breakfast was just average and, in my opinion, not worth the price, despite being included in the room rate. Overall: For a 3-star hotel, I found the room rate relatively expensive compared to the value provided. While the stay was decent, the issues with cleanliness, dated furniture, and breakfast quality need to be addressed to meet expectations. With a few improvements, this property could offer a much better experience.

Overall we had a pleasant stay experience. This was our third visit to this hotel. The team is very polite and prompt in service. The entire premises is neat and clean. We requested for a room near to the lift and the team fulfilled the request. Also the energy level of this place is very calm & soothing.

Was looking for some hotel options in Salem close to NH 44 while traveling through road and came across this. Though there are few good options right on NH but decided to stay here purely basis on the reviews and tariff though it was a couple of KMs from NH. Turned out to be a good decision. This is a very good hotel with nice, clean and big enough rooms even for 3 people to stay comfortably. Hotel staff is welcoming and friendly. Hotel restaurant served good food. Overall a very good hotel to stay.

Zibe by GRT is a premium warm and cozy place to stay. Staffs here are so humble. Its a quiet place to stay. Free breakfast is worth it for that quality food served without compromise. And dont miss the Madras coffee served in degree coffee style.

The driver accommodation is just okay, but the location is good. Regency and Grand are different from Zibe. Overall, recommended."

Nicely maintained rooms, well behaved staff, smooth check in and check out. Also the location and other details worked out to our satisfaction. The dining room was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was spread well but could have used more choices.
