Here’s my detailed experience: What I liked: • The bedsheets and pillows were white and clean, which I greatly appreciated. Cleanliness in bedding is a top priority for me, and they delivered on that. • The rain shower had good water pressure, making for a relaxing experience. • The room lighting and color scheme were well thought out, creating a pleasant ambiance. • The location was convenient, and the counter service was satisfactory, with staff being polite and responsive. Areas for Improvement: • Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell which dissipated after some time but left a poor first impression. • The towels were old and not as white and clean as expected. • The provided water bottles were refillable instead of sealed, which might not appeal to all guests concerned about hygiene. • Furniture showed signs of ageing, giving the room a slightly worn-out feel. • Cleaning standards for the bathroom and room floor were average at best. I had to mop the floor again myself to feel comfortable. • The breakfast was just average and, in my opinion, not worth the price, despite being included in the room rate. Overall: For a 3-star hotel, I found the room rate relatively expensive compared to the value provided. While the stay was decent, the issues with cleanliness, dated furniture, and breakfast quality need to be addressed to meet expectations. With a few improvements, this property could offer a much better experience.

Well designed spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. On arrival they did not make us wait. They took us to the room and only later I came down to complete the formalities. The valet takes your car and the bellhop takes your luggage. Very useful given that we were tired after driving for 6 hours. Similarly while checking out, I settled the bills quickly - by then the valet brought the car and bellhop loaded the luggage. Zero waiting time in the reception for my family.

Check-in was quick and staff are super quick. They have Valet parking. rooms are not so spacious, but for stay of day or two should not matter. Location of the hotel is in heart of Salem. Bathrooms are spacious and are clean. They have very quick room service. Food quality was good. Breakfast spread was very good and taste was very good. Check-out experience was also very good. Overall the stay was pleasant. Definitely would recommend others and also will opt for this hotel to stay in Salem. Only concern was some guests were smoking in their room which is non-smoking room/zone had to complain twice as the smoke was circulated in our room also.

Very good and economical hotel. Located in centre of the city and easy access to near by shopping places. Perfect for family stay. Rooms are clean and neat, breakfast is fine, not that great but value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would visit again if needed.

Excellent food, room. bathroom, AC. Staff is easily the highlight of this hotel. While there can be better language skills, their attention to detailed needs, making sure total satisfaction at every requirement, is exceptional..Beds were a bit too soft, we has sleeping issues. Since it was just an overnight stay, i am sure they would have taken care had we requested them to address. The approach road and parking is narrow

The rooms are clean and the service very good. Pleasant staff and helpful. The only drawback was lack of proper accommodation for the drivers accompanying you. It is very important that drivers are given a decent place to rest and change. My driver complained of rude behaviour from the security men and had a tough time sleeping at night. Would be happy to even pay for his stay. He was offered only bed sheets to sleep though I requested fr a bed and offered to pay as well. Wish I knew earlier about this so that I could have arranged for his stay elsewhere,
