Hotel SNÖ Colomers

Staff was extremely helpful and supportive in helping us with our problems with Hertz concerning our rental car. They also rescued us by sending us a taxi when we were stranded in the mountains. Breakfast had an abundant variety of good food. The view from our room was beautiful and the room met our needs well.

If you want to stay in a hotel and experience top class service, look no further! We were made to feel incredibly welcome. We cannot fault the service - here's why. The battery in the key fob of our hire car ran out. Try finding a replacement up a mountain! But Eva, the receptionist, phoned a local garage and even offered the battery from her own key fob if we couldn't find one! We bought a bottle of wine one evening but had no corkscrew (no bar in the hotel). Eva went to the local restaurant with the bottle and returned with it uncorked! Our friends needed gluten free food. Eva went out and provided GF bread and biscuits for breakfast. And when our friends were leaving at 5am for the airport she offered to lay out breakfast for them the night before. Best service ever from all the staff!

Muy tranquilo. Bien situado casi en el centro de Salardú. Fácil de aparcar. Trato excepcional. Habitación muy limpia. El desayuno es completo lo que hace que mi valoración en cuanto a precio / calidad sea muy buena. Señalar que no dispone de aparcamiento pero es muy fácil aparcar.

Très bon moment et reposant. Très bonne literie, espace de vie agréable avec un super petit déjeuner. Et le personnel très gentil ! Nous avons voyagé avec notre bébé et avons trouvé cet hôtel très adapté. Parking à proximité et toutes commodités proches. Nous recommandons

Alojados en grupo de 6 personas, 4 habitaciones individuales y una doble, con desayuno. Para dos nos alojaron en la tercera planta, resultando pequeña, al día siguiente nos pasaron a una en la planta baja, mucho mas adecuada. Las otras para individuales pueden servir. Muy agradecidos por ese cambio. No hay nada que objetar en las habitaciones, por su excelente limpieza, baño muy aceptable y una nevera vacía para tu servicio. Destacar la amabilidad de todos los empleados del hotel, especialmente a la chica morena, con gafas, y al chico de barba en la recepción. Muy amables. El desayuno es mas que aceptable, con la variedad en los productos y alimentos calientes hechos al momento. No se necesita mas. El último día nos dejaron depositar las maletas en recepción hasta la vuelta de esquiar, incluso nos prestaron un habitación para el cambio de indumentaria. Total, un hotel donde no hay nada que reprochar, todo lo contrario, alabar sus condiciones, precio y servicios.

Genial hotel y sobre todo la atención de Borja que ha sido lo mejor. Simpático y resolutivo. Volveré seguro para la siguiente temporada de esquí. Limpio, cómodo y familiar. Desayuno genial. Camas cómodas. Bego
