Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay. Not very far from the sky tower ( by walk maybe 10-15 mins ), restaurants, shops, etc

Hotel is good but the Asian female receptionist not helpful, I am not happy to her.

Great location to the centre of Auckland. Really nice hotel/apartment with kitchen utilities. Unfortunately our microwave function didn’t work on our microwave over which was slightly inconvenient. Room was good and spacious. Hotel felt a bit dull once you left the reception area, felt like a project had been started and giving up half way. Would stay again.

Great location, within walking distance to center. The room has 2 king size beds and washing & drying machine. Would recommend

It was good location and clean hotel. Service was also good. A bit expensive but Auckland doesn't have many options to stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

If you want quiter location within CBD. Off the main Street but close to centre.

Wasn't very clean. We moved the tray that had the teacups on it so we could plug the kettle in and it looked like it hadn't been moved for months it was dirty and sticky underneath. The spa didn't work properly the water leaked out of the drain on the bathroom floor when we turned on the spa that was the whole reason we booked a room with the spa. The lift key didn't work then our door key didn't work. It was about 45 minutes before we were even able to get into our room.

Room was clean and service was great. Convenient location.

Love this place, close to the city and awesome size rooms

乾淨，舒服，有廚房，餐具，麪包機，洗衣機，馬路對面有超市。 地理位置不在熱鬧地帶，但去city center也就走大約5分鐘路程。

酒店位置還可以，離市中心走路10分鐘左右也能走到，門口就有巴士站也能去市中心。房間挺寬敞的，但是房間設施有點老舊，房間衞生做得不是很乾凈。我入住那幾天房間空調壞了挺不方便的，早上太陽一出來房間就很熱了！前台服務人員挺好的！

La piscine était fermée pour entretien sauf que nous n'avons vu personne y travailler, et que nous avions choisi cet hôtel expressément pour ça. Aucune compensation n'a été proposée.
