The free shuttle to Mandela Square to and Rosebank Mall is really good. Service is good. Room is clean. Coffee was good too.

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

The staff was terrible and the service was bad. They dont really share concern of their guests or at least to me. Mybe because im black not sure

房間很小，床90cm吧，轉個身很容易摔下床。在南非基本所有酒店都沒有拖鞋洗漱用品，需要自己帶。 早餐很貴，但是很一般。 最開始的時候我覺得酒店還行，不會太滿意但是也不會到抱怨的地步，但是最後一晚的時候我是非常不滿意的！凌晨1點多到5點期間廁所非常臭，味道薰到房間一直都沒有散，我試過多沖幾次廁所都無濟於事，搞到我一整晚都沒睡。早上電話投訴了後説經理來，也沒來，這個體感非常非常不好！！！！

Llegamos muy tarde en la nochen para el check-in , al momento del check out solicitamos unos 30 minutos extra y nos fue negado, tuvimos que salir prácticamente corriendo del hotel, gracias a esto nos cambiamos al Marriot con una insuperable atención y para ese día era hasta más económico, gracias por lanzarnos a un mejor hotel.

Das Reddison Red war unsere erste Station der Südafrika-Reise! Es liegt günstig im Stadtteil Rosebank, ganz in der Nähe der Rosebank Mall. Das Hotel ist modern und sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein kleiner Pool sowie die Rooftop-Bar. Vom Frühstück haben wir uns mehr versprochen. Aber es war sehr ordentlich. Fussläufig vom Hotel starten und enden die Hop on - Hop off-Touren. Wer gerne Steaks isst, sollte 5 Minuten ins The Grill House gehen!

Exec room upgrade with zero not a drawer or a shelf to unpack onto... #Radisson expect guests to live out of their suitcases! Found this half shelf to stack my kit on.... Surely it would not have costuch to add a drawer or even an additional shelf... I'd only someone thought about the actual travellers!

I liked the location a lot. About two blocks from the Gautrain Rosebank station and the Rosebank mall. I don’t really consider myself a “mall person”, but the convenience for shopping is helpful, especially if you don’t have a lot of time. (The Sunday market on the rooftop is worth it.) Staff are competent and friendly and eager to please. For reasons not clear to me, I had access to the Executive Lounge and the snacks and beverages were lovely. Extra shout out to the staff in the lounge who were friendly and attentive, without being bothersome. Buffet breakfast had plenty of savory (my preference) and sweet options. Will definitely stay here during my next trip to Jozi.

the service should be consistent to all involved. certain members in my team received chips and chocolates on arrival and water in the room. i received non of these . then i had to call to have water brought up which took very long for the concierge to deliver. no provisions for people who had to check out early to have breakfast earlier as my checkout was at 6 and breakfast only gets served at 6.30 as per reception

Great hotel which we will definitely come back for! Bring your costume so you can sip sun downers as you look out at the Jozi sky line.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great stay. The room was very comfortable with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, TV, desk, sofa and very comfortable bed. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. There a small gym on site which has cardio machines, free weights, mats and 2 weight machines and is available 24 hours with your room access. Also a pool which was closed when I was there. The breakfast buffet included in my room cost was great. Great selection of fruit, pastries, bread, cheese, cold meat, eggs to order and hot items to go with your eggs. Restaurant on site which I didn't use. Hotel is about 10 min walk to Rosebank Mall which has a big selection of shops/cafes. I felt safe walking there by myself. The mall is also the start point for the Hop on/off bus. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Joburg.

This is a great little business hotel. I say business hotel because I noticed a lot of professionals at breakfast. The rooms were clean. Opted for the standard size room. I did meet someone before seeing the room who told me the rooms were a bit small but honestly, I've been to Singapore and Japan so the room size was more than adequate for me, who was travelling alone. The bed was large enough to accomodate my usual travel habit of dropping most of my belongings on one side of the bed whilst I slept in the other. The TV had a fair few channels if you need that. The breakfast was good, with a choice of english or continental breakfast. I don't expect you'd swim in the pool, which is a little strangely placed beside the lounge area of the bar. There's a basically equipped gym. No bench or indeed barbell. There's also a useful shuttle to/from Rosebank mall and Sandton City. Pretty much all you need for a short safe trip to Johannesburg. You can walk to Rosebank mall from the hotel but you likely won't need to unless you got stuck with a 45 minute wait because you missed the last shuttle. Like we did.
